We love staying here when we visit family. It is located near the mall and great restaurants. The hotel is always very clean and the staff is very friendly. The free breakfast is great, too!

Anytime we come to visit my wife's family, we always make it our buainess to stay here. Not only because of the location but the hotel has always been nice, safe and clean.
Although, this go around, from Saturday to Tuesday morning check-out housekeeping didn't stop by to change out towels. We kind of just figured it was due to being Christmas. Beyond that always a good stay!

Very clean and spacious room. Located right next to the mall and within 15 minutes to the zoo. Great for families. Highly recommend.

We really liked the location, the hotel was located close to family and friends that we visited with. All of the hotel staff was very friendly, the continental breakfast was very good. The only disappointment we had was that on one occasion, we arrived back at our room to discover that house keeping hadn't closed our main door all the way. We notified the front desk staff immediately, who suggested that house keeping must've unknowingly left the door ajar. Otherwise our stay was great!

the room was nice. we checked in went to a movie and dinner. and came back to the room to settle in for the night.as we had an early day planed and snow was forecast for the morning. the first time something hit our door we thought something or someone had fallen against the door. by the fouth time i called the front desk.it got better for about 15 minutes then the walls started banging after about an hour i called again.again about 15 minutes it stated again. i went down to the front desk to get moved to a different room. the clerk on duty said there should be no need for us to move as the parents of the kids in the room had been located and they were leaving the rooms.it did quiet down but we were still upset about it.

This was our second visit to this hotel which is well situated for an on the road stay. The room was clean and modern, the breakfast was excellent and the indoor poor was a great amenity for the kids. We would stay here again for sure and would hopefully stay longer if we explore Cincinnati.

Great property close to shopping and dining options. Great for our family especially the pool having later hours we were able to shop and come back and wind down by the pool with the kids before heading back to our room for the night.

I have stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Kenwood many times while visiting family in the area.
Staff is always helpful and friendly and the grounds and hotel are always clean and well taken care of.

It was a convenient location for us, with family in nearby Madeira. Not great for someone looking for walkability to things to do, but it's a short drive to the mall and other area businesses.The hotel was nicely updated, and front desk staff was lovely. My only issues arose with the housekeeping staff. We had an 11am checkout and around 8:30/9am they were already knocking on our door. The carpet in our room was poorly vaccumed, I dropped something under the open concept desk and found someone else's plastic pearls from a broken piece of jewelry, plastic packaging, and even quarter sized pieces of bread crust. One of our towels had some brown stain on it, and we had an entire carpet square just sliding around like it hasn't been attached in months. None of those things were deal breakers (we check the mattresses for bedbugs and check sheets for cleanliness, do a general bathroom scan, all seemed perfectly fine.) but it just seems like they are missing some of the details that typically make us prefer a Hampton over other chain hotels. We will gladly give them another shot, but if I continue to get a partially clean room with bad carpet I will just save $50 and book the Best Western across the highway for the same experience at a cheaper price.
