Check-in was easy. Manager was friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and well equipped. My issue was the stained carpet. It was a fist-sized black stain smack dab in the middle of the room. It’s a simple fix! Ugh. Our other challenge was no hot water in the shower. But Hot water flowed from the sink faucet! How is that possible? But we didn’t allow those obstacles to mar our experience. It is quiet and a safe location for moms traveling with their children. We appreciated the mini food mart. The kids enjoyed selecting ice cream sandwiches. Also, next door is a fun burger joint serving craft beer.

The staff at the front desk was asleep at 8pm. When asked multiple times if there is a lost and found collection, they said no. Really - no one loses anything while in a hotel? The hallway carpet was very dirty. The hallways reeked of weed. The pool was not heated. This was a poor experience for my young family.

Cons: We were given the wrong room when we first checked in. We were told they were totally booked and needed to wait to see if they could get us in another room. Inside of an hr.- we were in the correct room. Also, we had trouble with the key cards not working properly. Pros: Once we settled into our new room- we were quite comfortable. The water was always hot for showering, the areas surrounding the hotel were seemed well kept and safe, they had a good hot breakfast and we weren't far from the interstate. The locale made it convenient for us to meet with family close by. Overall, a nice visit.

We had a hard time checking in, but they finally did find us. The hotel was full of high school kids which were pretty loud and everywhere,.but did quiet down around 10. The room was nice and clean. Overall it was a nice stay.

Both nights we were there, kids were running the hallways past midnight, screaming, banging on doors, and kicking walls. Had to call the front desk both nights, they said they would take care of it. I understand the hotel can't control what people do but two nights of it happening for hours is still unacceptable.

Disappointing breakfast for a Hampton. Only children's cereals, no pastries, not much choice. We've had much better at other Hampton Inns.

Out visit was very nice. The front desk clerk & manager was very accommodating; the accessible room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast bar was amazing, with a vast amount of breakfast selections. We also, enjoyed having the outdoor lounging areas, to be able to sit and enjoy time with family.

The hotel staff were amazing!! Our family was there for WGI World held @ NKU & U of Dayton and could not have asked for a better hotel. The ONLY issue I had with the hotel were the bathroom doors in the rooms. They are terrible. The were hard to open/close and kept coming off their tracks in several of the rooms that our group had.
