This property is easy to find, safe, and clean. The check in process was easy and the staff was friendly. The hotel is very much as advertised; nice lobby, clean rooms, etc. The breakfast was okay. There were a few hot things, waffle makers, fresh fruit, and cold items. We only ate there one of the days of our stay. We were most disappointed by the pool. It was 3’6” at its deepest including the area where the slide is. It wasn’t deep enough for us. Great for little kids though. Overall great value for the price and very clean.

After paying for the room via Expedia, I was charged again on the card given for incidentals after I checked out. Called to fix, they said a manager would have to call me back on Monday. Never called. When I called on Tuesday they said they would refund me, but now I see they charged me again for the room on Wednesday. Are you kidding me?!

Our rooms beds were fresh and made but the counter tops still have what looked like pizza toppings and were sticky. The staff were helpful for how busy the hotel was. The outside grounds were nicely mowed but we have to dodge dog poop to have our kids play on it.

The employees at this hotel are wonderful! They are personable, attentive, pleasant and genuinely friendly and kind . I’ll definitely stay there again when I’m visiting family.

I paid for a room with a sofa bed and when we asked for bedding so my kids coupd sleep they said they were out, so i had to buy some. They had no kleenex so we bought. We went to the pool and there was no towels. Asked for some and they gave us 3 towels for 5 people and said that was all they had. Thej they charged me after i had alreadu paid.

We had a wonderful room, easy check in but there were several kids sports teams and only one very slow elevator. Luckily we were on the highest floor. It was chaos at breakfast. But that’s nothing the hotel could account for.

We had an excellent stay. Easy to reserve. Check in. Everyone nice. The rooms were clean and roomy. Beds comfy. Breakfast in the a.m. Also a nice lobby for a short family visit and photos by the FARGO sign saying our goodbyes!

We were looking forward to staying here after a long day of travel. We have 2 kids who were looking forward to the pool which is one of the reasons we chose here. On check in there was a sign saying it was closed. The front desk staff said it's been closed for a long time. I suggested they put that on their website so people who are picking their establishment based on the pool knew that. The woman checking us in was incredibly rude and was eating her supper at her computer which was chili. The entire front desk area smelled of her food and it's highly unprofessional. It's a shame as the rest of the hotel is nice enough however we would never stay here again nor will we recommend it. Customer service goes a long way as does some honesty.
