Really cool hotel, rustic lodge vibe. We took a picture on the outside of building and sent to our grandson who loves bears! Austin at the front desk at check in was superb and friendly! He gave us great recommendations for dinner and suggestions for our trip to National Park. We didn’t use pool but looked very cool especially for kids.

My family and I had a quick overnight stay in Fargo and we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It had cute extra features that we loved like an awesome swim area with slides, a little breakfast bar with some great options, and these random little bear statues that were great photo ops for the kids.

The swimming pool area was really nice. I wish I could have brought my children on this trip. I showed them pictures and they were really excited - so maybe if we come back. Overall, the room was super clean, and there was attention to detail in its cleanliness. This was the first hotel room that I have felt comfortable being in in quite some time.

The staff went above and beyond! They promptly replaced our tv remote when it wasn’t working, then when I got sick brought me toast even though it was well past breakfast. The pool area looked like a lot of fun for kids.

Room was not like shown in there photos, pool was full of kids from morning to night. For what I paid the hotel was not worth half of what I paid. Hotel was rated at 9.2 but I would rate it at a 8. Breakfast wasn’t that great either. I would never stay there again.

The hotel was clean, there were multiple people cleaning throughout the day. The staff were friendly. The continental breakfast was good for being free. You never know what you will get with continental breakfast’s. The food was hot and there was a variety of choices. We didn’t utilize the pool but witnessed many kids and adults in it throughout our stay. The only negative I could come up with was the heating and cooling unit was loud when running.
