Had to demand the staff to change the bedding as there was dirt and grime on the sheets and comforter. When they pulled off the fitted sheets there were brown spots on the mattress protector. NASTY! Staff seemed very irritated. We were here due to a family medical emergency and there were no other hotels available. Staff refused to give any money back. Staff could not give us another room because they were sold out. We paid $455 for 1 night!! Will not be staying here ever again.

For as expensive as this hotel was I would have rather taken my chances somewhere a lot cheaper. We couldn’t sleep because the people above us sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling all night. Couldn’t find a front desk person to handle the situation. The next night there was a dog barking constantly. The pool had so much chlorine in it that none of the kids could swim for very long. The rooms were filthy. I travel for work and have never stayed somewhere so bad that was so expensive. Even when calling the number and complaining they acted annoyed and offered no help. This was by far the worst experience in a hotel.

Nice, spacious room. Strong and very unpleasant chemical air freshener smell in the room. Other family members staying there did not have same experience. Had to launder everything and air out luggage to remove the smell. Chlorine smell in the pool area was so strong it made our eyes burn even though we were not in the pool. Caused the children playing in the pool to cough, we cut our pool time short due to excessive chlorine.

Area was nice check in was professional. Large rooms were good. However, noted garbage on the floor by one of the beds, Dogs barking all night, kids running down hallways and the walls are paper thin. So not much sleep. Not terrible but prob will not stay again for the price.

Cleaning staff had a very nasty cough, kept making hacking noises as they were making their way through the other rooms. The pool has a very rough bottom resulting in cuts and abrasions on the bottom of my children's feet.

The pool was filthy…. Much needed cleaning and some of the items are worn out and not working ( kiddie play area in pool) the water was murky.

The hotel was beautiful and the location was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. The biggest bummer was how dirty the pool was. The children enjoyed it and the waterslide, but the water was dirty and there was a lot of sand in the pools.
