Not sure why this hotel has such good rating. We waiting at the check in counter for over 15 minutes before anyone came to the front. The man that checked us in was nice enough. Got to our hotel room with my kiddos who had to use the bathroom right away. There was long dark hair everywhere, On the floor, in the bath tub, on the shower curtain. The bathroom floor itself was sticky. Comforter on the bed had stains on it and there was garbage from the previous occupants left under bed. Po was dirt as well. Definitely hope we never have to stay here again. For a $270 a night room it was definitely disappointing.

We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned even once. No fresh towels, bedding, coffee or cups. We were advised breakfast was from 7am to 11am. Went the first day and breakfast buffet was cold. The second day there was no breakfast at all set up. The waitress was good though, very polite. After our second day, we returned to the hotel and our cards were deactivated so we had to go to the front desk to reactivate them. Our room was right next to the pool so we had kids steaming most of the time. Front desk was slow and unapologetic. Overall, a very poor experience. We will seek another place to stay in the future.

Absolute amazing guest services. We left a pillow my teen has had since an infant and they were absolutely understanding helpful so kind and helped us locate the item and are sending it back to us. Kindess goes a long way. Thank you so much to you all and especially Jillian. Thank you thank you. Amazing team.

Front desk staff was rude. Misplaced one of the room key carda and needed another one amd the whole process was very Inconvenient. The pool closed at 10pm ct time which is 9mt time and my children were so disappointed. Very nice spot in north bismark, but poor customer sevice ruined it for me.
