Hampton Inn Bismarck

Hotel is extremely clean and rooms are excellent!! When in Bismark again this is now o oh hotel I would want to stay at! Staff was all friendly and nice. Breakfast was delicious and a variety. Also, my kids loved the pool and hot tub!

The hotel was clean, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff at checkin were very friendly. Unfortunately both my children were hit with stomach flu that night but the overnight staff were so helpful and accomodating by supplying us with extra items. The morning attendant let us have an extra hour for checkout so I could get everyone sistuated for the drive home. I felt terrible that it happened and forgot to leave a tip for the cleaning persons! I just want people to know how much I appreciate the staff and we will definately stay again in in Bismarck. The only negative was loud music coming from outside at 6 AM and it continuted for 4 hours.

The stay was good, the rooms were nice, clean, breakfast was fine. However, if you are booking your room via Hotels.com, my room reservation was "lost" Even with my confirmation showing it was paid. At one point I was told I could get a room, if I wanted to pay again! We did get it straightened out but it took quite awhile. We travel a LOT with kids in hockey and I normally do not have issues booking with hotels.com. I will definitely keep that in mind when I need to book in Bismarck again.
