Sleep Inn & Suites Bismarck I-94

This hotel received a 9.2 rating but I felt that was pretty high and did not match my idea of a 9.2. Front desk staff were very nice, pool/hot tub was what I would consider kept very well. But the room, it was ok, some grime on the bathroom door and shower wall, bathroom outlet did not work, room felt small, and bed for me was not that comfortable (other 2 family members felt the bed was comfortable). Breakfast was not to my husbands or mine liking. Very limited selection and the same every morning (3 days). Review only allows full stars so I gave it a 3 but would really say a 3.5 more accurate.

Everything was amazing except the pool being non functional, we booked this hotel for our family to have a pool weekend so it was a huge disappointment when it was empty.

Best value in the city. Especially great if you have kids!

Staff was unfriendly, we had to ask for food at breakfast. The breakfast area was a mess & wasn’t being cleaned between people (plus the large juice spill that was left for people to walk around). The hotel was over booked so kids had to be on a sleeper sofa rather than a queen bed.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Being on the road with kids we always need charging stations for overnight charging and this place did not disappoint. Pool and spa were nice, no pool towels, but the front desk helped with that issue. Free Breakfast options were amazing! More options (with gluten free) than other hotels, plus with all the fixings. Plenty of beverage choices, hard boiled eggs, yogurt variety, hot oatmeal with brown sugar, raisins etc to top off. They also have a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, pancakes. 4 cereal options, bagels, toast, french toast, danishes and fresh fruit. It was all fresh and a nice change compared to other hotels.
