My family had total of 6 rooms and we were treated GREAT. The young men doing Valet Parking were so respectful. When desk staff realized we were there for our sister/aunt Memorial Service they expressed their condolences. Thank you.

The room I stayed is was great! It was clean, comfortable, and I was able to relax. However if you have rowdy people and kids running up and down the halls at 10:30pm. If you call down to the front desk, they won’t do anything to help you.

The staff was very welcoming upon my stay and assisted with helping to find the original reservation from Hotels.com that was booked my name noted incorrectly. The room was very clean and well stocked. The lobby was very clean and inviting and breakfast was a clean and good experience for the variety of options available. Location of hotel in downtown is deal with many restaurants available and quick walking distance to family events including the park. The pool area had no towels (this was an evening swim before the pool officially closed and after a large group left. The bed in the room was over firm and squeaked when you laid in it leaving for very little sleep. Cars could be heard driving by through the night outside of the room. One elevator broke upon arrival with the fire department coming for the day multiple times as overheard in conversation with desk clerk leaving a single elevator available for multiple patrons. Parking deck signage explaining to check in first prior to parking along with daily rate fees would have been helpful. Parking spaces and room in the deck doesn't accommodate for larger SUV vehicles allowing for door dings from other hotel patrons.

From the moment we stepped in the hotel, it was an amazing experience. Front desk staff couldn’t have been better. The room was super clean and I’m a clean freak. Breakfast was perfect to have on site with the kids. Loved our stay and will stay here every time we come to visit Wake Forest!

Room was huge and they had full size soaps in the shower which was nice when traveling with kids. The gym was pretty updated for being small so it had plenty to offer. Breakfast was fine, but we opted against the cooked items because it tasked like someone was a huge fan of salt so that was a pretty big bust. Water pressure is low in the rooms which caught us off guard. They also force you to valet park in order to use the parking lot which is insane because they also then ask for tips while handing you your key to get your car yourself. In order to not pay for the insane valet price you can go down the street to the public parking garage or risk it with street parking. I think this is the most absurd approach to parking at a hotel that I've ever seen. We've stayed at other hotels in the city and will happily go back to any of the others before coming back here. We had high hopes but wouldn't recommend.
