Check-in/out was easy; the staff at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The hotel and our room were dated, which isn't usually the biggest deal to our family. But, the room smelled awful, possibly mildew. Not sure if it was coming from the AC unit or the carpeting but it was very strong and off-putting.

We stayed for 4 days, and it was perfectly fine. The room was large, clean, and in good condition. The hotel itself was also clean and well appointed. It was conveniently located to I-95. Breakfast is what you would expect. There was a large family reunion at the hotel, so a couple days the staff had difficulty keeping breakfast fully stocked. Walls were a little thin and water pressure was inconsistent. Outdoor pool was nice. Overall, what I expected.

Nothing. 1st room was awful dirty smelling just dusgusting children wouldn't go in. Second room was a little better mold in bathroom, spaghetti on walls, so tired we just stayed, Pool was there but under constrction, children were very disappointed, Please don't recommend this property to young families.

From the greeting to the goodbye, the staff was friendly and most helpful. Demarcus checked us in, and made us feel like family. Hotel is immaculately clean, and incredibly quiet. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, bisquits, sausage gravy, waffles, cereal, and assorted pastries. Will be staying here in the future!

Room was large and comfortable. Unfortunately, walls are very thin, so woke up to baby crying one night and loud people another. Also, I think "Countryside View" is an overstatement for the view of semi trucks parked on a side street. Easy access to the highway, food, and other parts of Wilson. Pool outdoors and closed when I was there. Breakfast includes waffles, sausage/biscuits/gravy, cereals, pastries, some fruit. Police there one morning talking to a woman in the lobby who said she was robbed and assaulted.

The family was traveling from New Jersey back home to Florida and decided to stay in Wilson, NC. We found the Comfort Inn on Hotels.com and chose the hotel due to its rating. The first room was not quite up to our standards however, the second room that Amanda, (who worked the Front Desk and was amazing), showed us was much cleaner and more suitable to my daughters needs.

This was a one and done for our family. The room had a strange, musty smell. The air conditioner, although it kept the room very cool, was quite noisy when it cycled on and off. The facility looks as though they may be trying to renovate which it is in desperate need. Our bed was not comfortable but what is with the small ball pillows and not normal pillows? Coming from a deluxe resort, my opinion may be a little jaded.

Quick stay- on road trip from Florida to Pennsylvania. Last minute booking with son and family. Nice large room with comfortable bed. Breakfast is a plus.

Upon our stay we was out of town due to a family member’s funeral. Upon entering the room everything seemed fine until the bathroom under the sink there was a cockroach. I was trying to kill the bug there appear to be a condom wrapper under the sink and a tissue with the condiments residuals. We told staff at the front desk but nothing was done. We also had children under the age of 16 with us during the stay. The stay made it more uncomfortable due to the sanitary conditions.
