Hallways and rooms smelled musty and of cigarettes. But it served our purpose which was to rest from a long drive. I indicated in my Xpedia search that I had 3 adults and 3 kids, but it somehow put us in a room with only 2 beds so I had to book another room last minute sine no room at the hotel has 3 beds

The roomy, like they coffee did not meet my expectations. I think it is an old hotel refurbished. Corners not clean. In bathroom. Coffee lousy. Hate Coffeemate. No regular 1/2 and 1/2. A lot of people sitting around the lobby and in the parking lot when we left that night for dinner. I don’t think they were paying guests. Friends/family of staff I would say. Gives an uneasy feeling to paying guests.

The beds were small and sqeaky, dust on dresser top/tv stand, also saw a roach in the bathroom. My initial contact with front desk staff was short. She stated that i could not check in early (I was okay with that and decided to wait in car) however, the oncoming staff overheard me telling my family and told us we could check in. That was so helpful considering i had been traveling all morning. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns and generally enjoy my stay, however, I found this one to be very disappointing.

After traveling for over 5 hours with young children..Hampton Inn was a perfect place to stop and recover..it was clean and the staff were extremely nice and friendly.
