The hotel was very clean and accommodating to my family. The room was spacious and fit all five of us comfortably. I'd highly recommend SpringHill Suites in the future.

Great hotel. Second time staying with family. Lots of food options around hotel parking lot. Pool is showing some signs of age, but otherwise great place to stay

Despite there being a lot of kids in the hotel, it was quiet. Breakfast was so-so. No cereal…hmmm…interesting. Beds were comfortable and the room was large and clean.

Loved that the desk attendant asked if we wanted a lower or upper floor room. I said “the quieter floor” and since there were a ton of kids there, just hoped for the best. Didn’t hear any noise in the halls, slept great! The breakfast offerings were good and the dining area attendant was on top of her game, making sure all items were well stocked, trash cans emptied, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Place was great for what we needed! Only issue was the pool floor. Safety surface is needed as the tiles flood right near the steps and kids were wiping out.

Wow! What an amazing staff! My car broke down on interstate on our way to hotel. I sent my teenage children ahead in a Lyft while I waited on AAA. I asked if the staff could allow my children to check in the room while they waited on me. They did and then we had to stay an extra day to get car fixed and I got a wonderful deal at the front desk for being a teacher. The management and all the staff of this hotel went above and beyond to make a trying day easier.

Amazing hospitality! We stayed for 2 nights. The breakfast was amazing! Make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, granola, bagels, muffins, toast, scones, juices, milk, coffee and teas. The toiletries are all Paul Mitchell. The pool was open until 11 but no one came and kicked us out at 11 so the kids were super happy until us parents told them it was time to go upstairs for bed lol. McDonald’s is right in front of the hotel, there’s a pizza place behind it, a Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts right in area as well. Only about 20 mins to the discovery center for kids which were amazing for the 8 and 5 year old! Overall 10/10 for everything!
