We spent a nice stay, having fun at the pool. My family and me really appreciated the opportunity to eat comfortably in our room.

The pool was great. The kids spent most of their stay swimming.

The room was clean, and spacious. And as promised soundproof. The living area was comfortable, and the bed held me like a baby. The TV remote for the bedroom TV did not work though, despite trying 3 different remotes, and the tv had a pop up that would come up on either the left side of the TV or the right side, making it very difficult to enjoy from the bed. Staff only offered to help with the remote, as no other similar rooms were available. Staff was friendly, but perhaps did not have clearance to help. To manager on site between Saturday at check in, and Sunday at check out. For nearly $200 a night I would’ve expected a little better customer service experience.

Staff was great. Room was ideal for my family.

Perfect for families!

pet-friendly hotel, my fault for not checking but they don't have designated rooms for pets. We got stuck under a room with a rowdy dog that ran around almost all night. Cobwebs and bugs in the room, there is a gap beneath the window and mold under one of the soap-holders in the shower. Night shift was nice but rarely at the desk and half the morning shift didn't even do anything but stand at the desk and look at people. doesn't look like they dust the rooms and there were marks on the floor & wall. not bad if you have pets but since my family does not, it was not a good stay and we will not be back.

This was close to where are child was going to school at NTI. Station next door had a DQ. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a welcome surprise since we had to leave early. Over all everyone on the staff was friendly.

Tiffany at the front desk was wonderful! Very kind, helpful, and resourceful. The rooms are very nice and spacious, and they’re very accommodating to families. Highly recommend!

After being on the road for 11 and 1/2 hours we finally reached the hotel to check in. We booked a suite only for the night so we can rest in between our stop back home. Of course we walk into the suite and my kids are "KIDS" and are like "WOW LOOK AT THIS OR WOW LOOK AT THAT" because the suite is pretty cool. If you have kids you know how they are. I didnt think they were being that loud honestly but we werent even checked into the room but 10 minutes and I get a call from the front desk saying they got a noise complaint from our room and to keep it down. I apologized and my kids spent the rest of the stay whispering after I told them to keep their voices down because we didnt want to disturb the douchebag that called in on a couple kids who were excited to see the room. I realize the staff was doing their job, my only reason for the post is to let anyone with a family or little kids be aware the hotel may not be the kid friendliest. As for cleanliness, it was ok. The shower and bathroom floor wasnt cleanes but the rest of the room looked ok. Spacious for a family for sure.

Good for families and good food close by. Clean hotel, updated and clean bathrooms. Room was plenty big for my family. Would definitely stay here again.
