A very friendly and clean one-bedroom apartment-style hotel suitable for a family.

While the staff seemed lovely, the motel is next to a hotel under construction (that started at 7am every morning) and a strip club that was visible from our window. So there's always a concern with that sort nearby. There were also a few unsavory-looking long-term guests (creepy old men) who made the kids feel uncomfortable by staring while they played in the courtyard. We also found a cockroach (although only saw the one) and there were no additional towels or blankets available which was very inconvenient for a five day stay! Yes, there is a laundry but it cost money to use. Absolutely worth it for the low price, but you get what you pay for. On the plus side, we loved the spacious room and full kitchen. As stated before, everyone we interacted with was wonderful. Just not likely to stay here again.

The unit we stayed in was fine. It was clean and very adequate for our stay. The negative was the noise level and our concern for safety. Because this is an extended stay hotel...there seemed to be more noise. When we checked in we were told we should be on the 2nd floor since they don't allow children on that floor. Well, there were 3 children in the unit right next to ours who were screaming and riding their bike right past our front door and they were making tons of noise and kept slamming their door until after 3 am. Then there was a very inebriated man walking around, pants unzipped which didn't make us feel real safe. Maybe we should have expected this since it is an extended stay facility...but we would not stay at this location again.

Room was clean and fit my family perfectly. The room had a kitchen with utensils and a nice living room with a sofa bed. I would definitely book here again.
