The staff was friendly and welcoming. Had childrend with me and the room's were clean and plenty of towels. Frig and microwave. It was great!

Staff at the front desk were incredibly patient and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Pool was great for the kids after driving 15 hours.

The pool was not heated so we were not able to enjoy. It was reason we chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool for our kids too get in since we are still in the winter season. The water was ice cold

Booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express near Charlotte International Airport because I was flying out at 06:00 in the morning. The desk clerk was competent and very polite. I was surprised at the cleanliness and comfort of the room. I slept like a baby and will do the same if I need a great option to stay near the airport!

The check in person Tonya was not helpful at all when giving us the 2 suite rooms we reserved months ago. Traveling with 2 families with kids. She ignored us and provided us NO options or solutions when one of the rooms didn’t have a bed for the children. Everyone else was friendly especially the breakfast lady and she was working hard and polite. The hotel is clean and new but if you’re staying in a suite there’s absolutely no amenities for the kitchen area. No soap, no utensils, no plates or anything so bring your own. Room was very spacious and comfortable, just the front desk person was a huge issue.

We’re told that the airport shuttle only runs on a schedule, (every 30 minutes). Missed it by a few minutes and had to order a Lyft. After confirming the Lyft, the shuttle pulls back up and loads a family to go to the airport. Every surface of the room was dirty, beverage rings and food residue. Carpet torn and frayed. They forgot to enter my IHG number and refused to add it at checkout. However, the shuttle driver that brought us in from the airport was very kind and friendly!

Can’t thank the shuttle service manager enough for helping my daughter with her stay. It’s hard to explain but the staff went above and beyond to help us when we had an unexpected stay for one night. We were desperate and Big Will saved the day. I will always give Holiday Inn my business in the future for Big Wills act of kindness to my family during our stay.

Perfect stay for an overnight stay. Shuttle was easy except for our family that came in after midnight. The shuttle wasn’t running so they had to Uber. That the only reason I’m not giving an overall excellent rating
