The staff very accommodating with allowing my family of 20+ adults and children to use the guestroom/lobby as a gathering place, for an evening, since they didn’t have a conference room. The rooms were okay and unfortunately one of my aunts who was next door to me had to switch due to ants being found inside on the first night. Luckily they didn’t spread to our room

A holiday trip to see family in Charlotte - what a great stay ! The hotel staff was welcoming - courteous and friendly. Charlotte our breakfast attendant was awesome !!! Front desk and hotel staff throughout our stay were friendly and accommodating !

The hotel itself and location were good. What i expected for the price but nothing was done about the obnoxious noise all night. Banging and yelling and slamming of doors on my hall the entire night. Cursing is not what you want your kid to hear at all hours.

Our room smelled like smoke. There was some sort of riff raff allowed to stay the night we stayed. The people talked very loudly and used profane language until 4 a.m. Needless to say, my family did not get the rest we has hoped. Do not stay here.

Nothing stood out on our stay. Large group of kids on sport trip made it crowded in breakfast area. Not a lot of restaurants in the area. Easy highway access. Have stayed at as good or better for the price.
