Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Northlake

Lots of great amenities from an indoor/outdoor pool to free breakfast and dinner. As my husband said, “we’re a Drury family now.”

From Check in to Check out I was impressed with the staff, the condition of the room and the amenities. The price was great considering what the room had to offer. The free breakfast was really good and had multiple options. The room cleanliness was excellent. Clean sheets, towels and it was obviously cared for. Comfortable bed and slept like a peaceful baby. No noise and we were very close to the elevator access. I will stay there again next time I visit Charlotte.

I chose this property based off of the reviews for the breakfast.And also there's a free evening dinner/late lunch. The food is just OK. The breakfast is the standard hotel fare. I sunny cars for jiggly rubbery fake sausage so I didn't even though that. The eggs are watery but it'll do. The waffles standard spongy mix. The dinner was a little bit better.It's like a school lunch level. One night there was pulled pork with baked beans and colesaw. It was a 6/10 decent. Because of 2 include meals the place is over run with children feeding their own food with nasty hands. Staff should tell parent they have to serve their children. Since many parents don't have the good sense to teach their children not to touch food with their bare hands. And don't talk, cough or sneeze over the food. If they are the height of the food they shouldn't even be standing there. Anyhow, if in the area again I may stay again. The place needs some updating but staff is super friendly, helpful and always cleaning.

I like that the staff, the dining area, the swimming pool, although there were a lot of children in there due to a party which I was told I couldn’t have a party). Anyway, my overall experience was good bc me and my fiancé only stayed two nights, only thing I didn’t like is that they turn off your keys before check out which is at 11am🤔😠😠 that was rude and when asked the front desk she said it automatically turn off its self so if you leave and come back you will need to be issue a new keycard. SMH Also, the breakfast and “kickback” evening, the food was nasty and too many ppl dinning at the same time. So, if you’re only staying a couple nights, this hotel will be perfect bc it’s a mall across the street and convenient so that’s plus. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to stay only couple nights. Drury is always great but unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy any of the usual perks (hot tub, happy hour breakfast) due to the massive number of kids everywhere. It was no fault of the hotel but it was jusr too crowded, loud, and overwhelming to enjoy. The beds were amazing as always and the service was friendly and efficient. The location was wonderful too. We will definitely book with Drury again but it is frustrating when your whole reason for booking is pretty much impossible to enjoy.

It's an average hotel. I needed to be over here for work, but I would have preferred to stay in a different area over all. Pretty sketchy at night and I was told not to walk around past dark. Right next to the mall so lots of chain restaurants. The pool was mobbed with like 50 kids every night. Gym was meh. Room was fine, but there was hair left in the shower which was gross. It's nothing to right home about. I never ate a meal here, it didn't look appealing.

Ultra clean room. Front desk staff very cordial and welcoming! Will stay here again the next time I visit this area. Will also recomend the Drury chain to family and friends.

Came down for family birthday party. Always stay at Drury Inn at Northlake. Facility is top notch and service is awesome.

We stayed at this hotel about 6 times when in town visiting family. The staff is always courteous. Good breakfasts. Rooms are dated. The refrigerator was leaking water when we arrived and the toilet got blocked. The bed this time was way too soft.

My family and I recently stayed at Drury Inn & Suites- Northlake and it was remarkable. The suite was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The staff was polite and make you feel at home. The food was a great and we had everything we needed.
