Unfortunately, we had a condo that had an adjoining condo through a very, very thin, paper thin, metal door. The neighbors had about 10 people in their condo, 2 young children and 1 baby. Very, very loud group. 1st night, partying until 11:30. Could hear just about everything for the 3 days/2 nights.!!!

The room was ok but the most complaint was about the noise. We were expecting to have a quiet time on vacation and as soon as entered our room you could hear children running back and forth all day and night. We tried to endure it so before checking out early since we were suppose to be there for a week they moved us to another room after making several calls about the noise. Unfortunately when they moved us the second room was worse with the noise than the first room. We ended up checking out early and no one even cared.

Amazing hotel, comfortable, very clean, very good location, and if you are like me and love to cook for your family on vacation, the kitchen is complete.

Loved this resort. I called ahead of time to let the front desk know that we would be a late check in, and we were coming up a baby. When we arrived in our room, they had left a pack n play for the baby which was awesome. The room was clean, service was excellent… only regret was not staying longer. It’s really a beautiful hotel. Tons of gasps of excitement as we entered our room. I highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

I rented 6 rooms for a large family vacation. Blue Riidge Village is a great resort and perfect for families. The location is excellent at the base of Sugar Mountain and 20 minutes from Beech Mountain and close to all other activities. The rooms are large, comfortable with modern upgrades and fireplaces. I wish we had time to use the fire pit. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We will definitely come again.

Our family was pleased with the resort location and activities offered. We stayed in condo-type accommodations which was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. There was a living area with foldout soft, small dining table and full kitchen which included a dishwasher and a washer/dryer combo; large bedroom with king bed and a HUGE bathroom with both garden tub and separate shower. Also offered loads of closet space. Resort is located very close to Food Lion - where be purchase dinner and breakfast groceries. There is a large indoor pool with hot tub and sauna. Most of our stay was VERY positive. The only major drawbacks for us was extremely poor WiFi and Internet connections.

Very nice resort. Excellent location relative to other attractions in the area. Clean rooms, spacious. WiFi included and worked very well. Quiet and peaceful. Just a little dated. Renovations are not a necessity yet but management should be factoring this into their long range planning. I would still highly recommend and I will definitely go back . Great for kids and families.
