I’ve stayed at this hotel many times when visiting family. Last time it was a little dirty but I just assumed it was an off day. This time the room was filthy. I think the only thing done was changing the sheets. I took a Clorox wipe to surfaces that should’ve been cleaned (night stand, bathroom sink top, etc) and what I initially assumed were stains easily came off. To top it off the pull out couch in the main area smelled strongly of urine. The girl at the front desk was nice and it was nice to be able to have my dog with me for a $50 fee but they certainly aren’t using that money to clean the rooms. For the price I’d never stay here again, especially with kids and a dog there’s a huge risk of getting sick when staying a hotel that doesn’t clean.

My kids loved the pool, I loved the gym, breakfast in the morning was great! Overall me and my kids had a great time! Definitely recommend.

Large suite allowed family to visit while on business trip. Pool, breakfast, and staff were great.

They don’t have free wi-fi!! It’s 2022 and free wi-fi is everywhere but this place doesn’t have it. Also, the thermostat seemed to have some type of lock so you couldn’t go above 68 or below 67. Very strange. We are Here to your Binghamton University. If my child ends up here, I’ll choose a different hotel. Not bad, but not great either.

People next to our room were a large family group with multiple children and adults. They were up late at night with screaming kids and noisy adults. They were told by the night desk clerk to be quiet, but they did not listen to him. Finally, the night clerk had to call the police and then by that time there was quiet. We had no sleep for the entire night.

This hotel is our perfect getaway spot. Our family “go-to”…. Super quiet, pleasant staff, and very clean! Highly recommend!

The staff was more than accommodating when we changed our rom preference....the indoor pool was perfect for our kids and we swam all three days we we there.... The laundry room was convenient and breakfast was up to par.... I would have liked more choices for cereal but otherwise an excellent stay. This is the only place I will stay from now on if when I am visiting Apalachin/vestal area

Very nice night. We used the gym which is tiny but well equipped, the pool seemed very nice. The room is really big and so is the suite and the kitchen. Everything you need in the cupboards. The room was clean. Staff is very friendly and for kids you get a rubber duck in your room for the bath we also bought 6 more at the front desk for 50c each and our kids love them! We enjoyed the night we spent there. The only shame is the lack of space for breakfast. Overall a very nice hotel.
