I asked for non-smoling room and room smell as smoking room. We have a 2 years old kid. So we did not stay at that hotel after a long trip

Wonderful property. The hotel is very kid friendly and the room was very clean. It’s a very safe area with plenty of parking. Staff was fantastic. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area.

The staff was so nice and friendly to me and my three young children. The room was very clean and comfortable and my kids had a blast in the pool. Also a huge thank you to the breakfast staff- it was a crazy busy morning and a lot of work for them!

Elevator too small. But staff were exceptional in accommodating requests and offering information about local attractions. All shifts were equally so --- all deserve 5* rating! Thank you for a very pleasant experience. Will not hesitate to return in the future, and will highly recommend to family and friends. Thank you so much!!

What I didn’t like was the parents of the kids on the 3rd floor. The walls are paper thin and I didn’t appreciate them screaming all the time. Some of the time when we went out we could near them into their room. People have to realize voices carry

This is the 4th hotel our family has stayed at in the Binghamton area. One of the top 2 so far. The Wegman's next door is open til midnight, which was helpful because we arrived to the hotel very late in the evening and the hotel doesn't really have a snack/beverage center. Breakfast the next morning was a big hit. The only problem I encountered was we were in a room with a connecting door and the people in the connecting room were smoking and had their TV on loud. I was able to put a towel under the door and they eventually turned off the TV. I would have had to go to the front desk if it hadn't gotten worse, but thankfully I didn't have to do that. The front desk staff was very helpful and professional during our stay.

Room had a smell, was situated next to the pool with no sound proofing between the walls. Could here all sound from lobby area all night. Staff did not maintain strict pool hours so one night there were small children yelling and playing in well past midnight. Room was improperly cleaned, toiletries were missing. Expected more for the price than this.
