The staff was very friendly. When we checked in we needed a couple of things and they got right on it for us. The two workers at breakfast took time to talk with my kids and help them. The property was extremely clean and they had a worker cleaning at all times.

It was peaceful for the quick stay our family had. They staff was warm and friendly. Plus, we were was highly impressed with the chicken patties at breakfast. Nice touch! We'd stay here again.

let's just say the bath towels are for toddlers. I'm not a big adult, but the size of the bath towels is ridiculous.

We checked in a little early but did not go up to the room as we were participating in move in day at Ithaca College. We paid a premium to stay on move in night. Double the price of an average 1 night stay. Arriving back at the hotel at 8:30pm we saw a bunch of men in the corner lot playing loud music. As a family with a child we felt uncomfortable getting out of our car. The music was blaring loud. We went up to the room and asked the front desk if they could assist. We were exhausted and had to listen to the music for a good 20 minutes before it stopped. We will not be returning.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times as we had a child in college nearby. This stay was for graduation and there was a welcome gift for us recognizing our journey from college visit to graduation.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night while visit Cornell University. The room is clean and stuff is friendly. Our children love their continental breakfast. The only complain is the mattress is too soft, the spring make noises.
