We stayed at the Preston Hotel for a short time but it made an impression on us and we would happily stay there again in the future.
We arrived late and parking was easy, check in was quick, and my favorite detail of all— they had set up the sofa bed for us (most hotels don’t, in my experience) which was so nice for our tired kid to hop into as soon as we walked into the room. I slept really well in the main bed. It was super quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and well appointed. The complimentary breakfast in the lobby was simple but well done.

The staff at the hotel has been beyond amazing. My husband tested positive for Covid and we had to extend our stay. They have gone beyond the call of duty to make a difficult situation as comfortable as possible. They have brought up breakfast for us daily. They have provided everything we have asked for even going as far as telling us not to hesitate to ask for anything that if it was in their power to get it for us, they would. Our room, the king junior suite, has also been very comfortable with a separate living room that has allowed me to stay separate from my husband as much as possible. And they were even nice enough to give us a reduced rate for the three extra nights we booked. The food from the restaurant has also been great and delivered quickly to our room.
