Amazing experience. Staff was so kind helpful and friendly. The kids loved all the pools and hot tubs they had a blast hanging out. Beautiful outdoor patio areas for lounging can bbq hang by the fire. The breakfast in the morning is the best. It’s like ordering out they have something for everybody we eat like champs where we’re here. Felt like being in a Caribbean resort the manager comes around in the morning saying hello and greeting everyone adding good vibes to start your day off. Always a great experience when we come to stay here. Want to give a special thank you to housekeeper Isabella and front desk Erika. My nonverbal son left his favorite stuffed animal he sleeps with every night. They went to great lengths to find it and were so kind and understanding to our panic as this item was invaluable to us. Can not thank them enough.!!

Very clean and family friendly.

We live close it was a staycation for a birthday pool celebration for my kids. This is the second time we’ve stayed for this reason and it’s always a great experience. The property is clean beautiful people are nice. Will continue to use in future also.

STAY AWAY!! Smells like rotting fish, dishwasher flooded my kitchentte, housekeeping is one woman it seems for the entire place, can’t even get extra towels without tracking down somebody after seeing my call in hold as he ignores us both. Come on. A MILLION CHEAPER BETTER PLACES THIS IS A NIGHTMARE WITH FRESH PAINt! Just a catastrophe of errors that made it so unbelievable I want a full refund. The staff is non existent they have really young kids alone at the front desk obviously undertrained. Probably underpaid too. I tried many times without even a call back from anyone in management.

We enjoy the pool/hot tub area. In addition, the rooms are great for traveling with a toddler. Lots of space and good facilities

This trip was a nice family getaway. We were very close to Tanger where we did some shopping, Splish splash were we played in the water. The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming. The breakfast was okay…only only complaint was there was no room service but restaurant nearby fed our appetites.

Great hotel. Spacious room with great amenities. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs were a big hit with the kids. Beds were comfy. The breakfast was ok but fresh eggs and a Waffle machine would be a bonus. Loved the muffins. Parking was easy until a huge event took place but we survived. All staff were friendly and helpful. The Tanger outlet is across the street and all other shopping close by. 45 minutes to Hampton bay beaches and 1hr 20 min to Montauk. Would definitely stay here again.
