Great stay with the family

Came here for a hockey tournament and the pool and ping pong area was great for the kids. The adults had places to sit and relax upstairs, and the community room was nice, although no way to reserve it for team get togethers. This posed a bit of a problem one night when there were multiple teams hoping to use the room. Although the hotel is a bit dated, Location is key! Walking distance to the rinks and multiple restaurants and the main strip. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Rooms clean. Overall good place for families and sports teams.

Wow we were truly impressed by this hotel! We were passing through the area and, when we arrived for a late check-in, the staff were friendly and genuinely happy to greet us! Our rooms were clean and perfectly spacious. The breakfast was a winner! So many options for our family, including kids. The buffet staff helped us find everything we needed and we enjoyed chatting with them. It’s very evident the staff take great pride in this hotel!!

Stayed for four nights while visiting family in the area during the holidays. Everything was wonderful, we slept great each night and did not hear anything outside the room which is huge when you have children. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was as expected and well stocked. The pool and hot tub were in good shape and the hours were perfect for a family because whether we got back late or got up early, the pool was open. The location was private and we felt safe going in and out at any hour. My only complaint is that they were booked, which was fine, but they didn’t have a ton of towels and the first night we tried to get two because we only had two for a family of four and were told we could only get two if we returned our dirty ones which is not realistic for four people showering. The next day I was told the same but explained that if we could atleast get each a towel we would use them for the remainder of the stay but we needed each our own for sanitary reasons, which they understood and agreed to. But they need to invest in more towels if that’s the case. There’s a McDonalds you can safely walk to and a convenience store next door. We will stay there again when we visit family in the area.

Ice machine on 3dd floor was not working but otherwise, pool area was great, kids loved the breakfast and is convenient to the highway. Quiet!

Great property however the mattresses and pillows were not comfortable. I woke up in so much pain. My friends also said the same thing. However the staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and kid friendly

We stayed here twice this week and were very happy both times! The room was super clean, the breakfast was great for our toddler and us, and it was a great price!

We stayed in Feb 23 for 2 nights. The room was clean and beds comfortable. I was not a fan of the complimentary breakfast. Food was not good and very limited choices. There were a lot of kids running around. No fault of the hotel but you could hear them running in the halls and jumping in the elevators. We would stay here again.

The warm pool was the best hot tub outdoors was fun.. older looking but good for the money Breakfast was good for kids I loved the cinnamon rolls We will be back great exercise room no one used

The swimming pool was out of order and the staff kept lying to me and my kids. They kept telling us “it will be fixed later”. “It will be fixed tomorrow “. They’re excuse was that it was July and they are too busy. Everything was strictly Bussiness, no smiles .
