Staff was extraordinarily friendly, everyone from front desk to room service team. Breakfast was fantastic with great selections, even for my kid who has food allergies. The whole building was spotless and looked and felt new. Pool and jacuzzi were great. My only complaint is the water pressure in the sink and shower which was very low. Would love to stay again.

The hotel service was amazing but ill never be booking through hotels.com again. Hotels.com had teribble service. I was on this trip for a death in fhe family and i wanted to check out early and had so many complications that it was beyond stressful. The hotel was very understanding but since i bokked through hotels.com they couldnt do anything.

This property is nice and convenient. The front staff are very welcoming when I called to do a late check in. I reserve 3 room for my family and they put the room all in one floor. Clean and pretty well maintain property. Rooms are nice and clean. They had a good continental breakfast. Oh…coffee is pretty good too! All in all a nice stay for my family.

Recent construction, in very good shape. This was a summer stay and surprisingly quiet for all the families staying. Reasonable central location to Saratoga Springs and Lake George. Solid breakfasts, which are included.
