The kids had a blast in the pool. We adults enjoyed the hot tub and also cooling off in the pool. They had several choices for breakfast; everyone left full

The hotel was an average hotel. The staff was pleasant. There were 6 of us staying in a room that said it was for 6 guests. There were 2 queen beds and a sofa pull out. The sofa was barely big enough for 1 person when it should have been able to fit 2 guests. Two children would not have been able to comfortably sleep on it unless they were small toddlers. (We have stayed at other hotels where the sofa was big enough to fit two adults.) We asked for a cot to make up for it, but were told they did not have any cots. One of us ended up asking for extra blankets to sleep on the floor. To pay almost $500 and then have someone have to sleep on the floor was insane. Very disappointed!

I have to say- I thought these reviews were paid because they were so amazing! I wasn’t expecting tooo much because of that. Our stay however was incredible. The place is extremely clean. I have a 6 month old baby who crawls and i let her crawl around the room. The place is definitely extremely clean. The beds we’re comfortable and check in was a breeze. The front desk woman was very kind and quick. We even extended our stay. The pool was great. When we stayed there were about 20 little boys from a baseball team who were in the pool and we still had room to be there as well. It was a 2 min drive to the lake George front and plenty of food options nearby. Breakfast was not bad- they had waffles, eggs, bagels, toast & cereal, coffee, tea and juice. Regular things. I would absolutely stay here again if we visit. The reviews arent paid for! The place IS JUST THAT CLEAN.

There were spiders in the room... crawling on us while we were sleeping. There aren't any dressers to store your clothes which was annoying as I have 3 small kids and keeping their belongings organized in the dresser in far more efficient. Staff was friendly.

It started off bad with the front desk lady giving my family an attitude when checking in (though she quickly started to change once my uncle had a word with her). Place is dated, my rooms weren't ready (just had to wait like 20-30min) and when we received them and went inside you could tell they rushed in cleaning them. Dusty and beds had bugs on them when you took off the top cover. The only thing that I liked about this place was the breakfast. I'm really disappointed considering the amount of money spent on the hotel.

We've recently spent 5 nights with 2 kids at the hotel. It was a nice stay, decent breakfast, 2 pools and hot tub, laundry, little gym, 15min walk through the forest to lake George. Front desk was nice, and employees who did breakfast as well. Housekeeping is available upon request. The room was decent, beds were comfy. The only thing why i don't give 5 stars is the weird smell of the room. It smelled like stale bread in there. We guessed it gotta be from the carpet. We were out a lot so we didnt have to deal with it a lot. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

We did not have a good experience- our room was on the lowest level as we requested but the curtains shut only about 1/3 way to cover the window so we had a lot of bright street light coming into our room at night, all the bedding sheets had a terrible odor seemed like they were not washed, and our room was not cleaned for the 2 nights that we stayed. The free breakfast was decent but some of the items like bagels seemed very stale. Many of the oranges kept out had fungus on them. I was really hoping to like this hotel but unfortunately I and my family will not be staying there again. I did like the fact that there was tea/coffee always available which was good. And the parking was free and spots were available.
