I paid almost 300$ a night here for 4 nights. They didn’t bring the fridge I had in the original room I had to the next room despite my asking. I don’t think I should need to ask twice. The rooms are tiny, u can hear the neighbors, so it was a little uncomfortable. They do have a restaurant onsite which was nice but the food was not that good. The area is nice and safe but it’s a walk to the trains and bus area. There are other decent restaurants close by. The main complaint I had was when I called back 2-3 weeks later asking about my security deposit respectfully mind you, I was met with a very rude and unprofessional man on the phone who clearly didn’t know what he was talking about and wouldn’t let me get a word out and was talking over me and interrupted me several times. And I still don’t have my security deposit back like he insisted would happen. I think for 300$ a night people should be a lot more respectful and professional not acting like a child. And he hung up the phone on me when I pointed out to him that he interrupted me. I never gave him any reason to react that way. Which was why it’s a big deal to me. I never gave any one of the front desk a hard time yet the front desk seems to take everything personally to the point where they feel justified to be hostile and petty. Not okay. And I will be talking to a manager. Wish me luck.

Very nice and clean hotel with delightfully helpful staff, at the front desk, the cafe and the restaurant on the roof. Our room was very quiet and the view was the envy of my family.

I chose this location because of how accessible Manhattan is via the nearby subway stations and the rooftop views. The views were better than advertised and we could even see the Chrysler and Empire State buildings from our 4th floor window. The room was small but adequate for our family of four, and everything was clean and comfortable. Service was excellent and friendly. I hope to stay here again. There’s no need to look anywhere else.

I`ll start this review by saying this was one of my favorite hotels in Queens and I've stayed here 4 times previous to this experience. We reserved a suite for our family of 4 with a king-sized bed and a pull-out couch. when we arrived, we were greeted by a pile of linen next to the pull-out couch with a blanket on top that when you hold it up in front of a light there were large brown stains all over it! Next stop was the "king sized" bed that was clearly a queen. Flash forward to 9pm when we just got our 2 kids to sleep, we start hearing extremely loud music and jumping/screaming. After about an hour of listening to that we call the desk only for the girl to laugh and tell us that they have one of the busiest ballrooms in Queens and that it's booked every night and that the music wouldn't stop until at least midnight. The next day i received a call from some random guy who works for the hotel (Frank?) who said that he`s sorry about the noise but they have another party booked for that night as well, but he was going to ask them to keep it down. Spoiler alert THEY DIDNT! Frank gave us a ticket for a free breakfast which didn't even start until after we were due to leave the hotel. I can't stress enough to keep looking at other hotels because this one is far from what it once was. Also, the "mattress" on the pullout couch was so thin that you could feel every piece of the metal frame below it.

I almost tripped running to write this review. I literally pre-wrote it while still at the hotel to make sure I wrote this. I hated my stay so much I totally found my inner Karen, I didn’t know I had, and made sure I put it on multiple platforms of reviews. GO SOME PLACE ELSE. don’t stay here. Premiere. Premiere is the new catch phrase of hotels and the photos, I’m not sure what hotel they took those at but it sure didn’t seem like this one. Let’s just start at the beginning. The area. No thanks. The listing makes it sound boutique. That could range. Nope. I’m good. Never again. Parking. 30 spots, they’re full. No bigs it’s NYC Right. And $25 parking. That’s not bad, unless it rains and you’re 6 blocks away with kids in tow. Pfft. Forget this place. Plus by the time we got in I can’t say I felt totally safe walking to the hotel - and I’m from the Chicago area! I’d walk through a war zone for ice cream. Check in. Whatever. Sorry to bother you. Dinky unfriendly lobby. Ohh but our room. Typical NYC size. But forget you BW PREMIERE. those aren’t queens, those are full beds. What a scam!!! And the smell. Well there’s 45 different signs saying not to smoke a but a chain smoker must have lived in our room. That’s cool we will turn on the air and flush it out, it is only 85 in the city. Nahhh you have a PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER from 1992!!!! WHAT?! well great since the bedding was like sandpaper we didn’t need it because we were sleeping in the stink

We are a family of four, and for our visit to New York, this hotel gave us what we were looking for. The room is clean and comfortable with everything you need, and the bathroom is also in excellent condition. Of course, we were only looking for that, but we were also lucky enough to get a spectacular view of the Boroqueens Bridge and New York's DownTown. We highly recommend it!

Awful experience. Firstly, the hotel doesn't look nothing like the pictures. I paid $420 for 3 nights and didn't have heat for 2 of those nights. I had a "do not disturb sign on my door and the maintenance man had a key and tried to walk in and my daughter wasn't dressed. Didn't get any apologies just excuses. I talked to the manager and he said all he could do is give me a $50 credit, then had the nerve to state they'll give me a discounted rate to stay there again(hilarious). I hope none of you have issues at this hotel because they will not be fair and give you what you deserve. I will never deal with this hotel and will make sure none of my family and friends either.
