Came for a weekend getaway. Hotel is very clean and new. The room was nice and the king sized bed and pillows comfortable. Bathroom was large and shower pressure was great. Hotel is easily within walking distance to the falls. Breakfast at the hotel was fine, though a bit of a wait for our meal. Free parking and easy parking access in and out. Room was quiet during our stay and seems to appeal to couples rather than family. I would stay here again!

This hotel is in an excellent location. Parking is right next to the hotel, once we parked the car we didn't use the car until we checked out.
Walkable distance to the falls and Casino (4-5 mins).
The staff was user friendly. We arrived early but the staff allowed us to use the rest rooms and to park the cars etc..
The rooms were in good condition. Bathrooms, beds, linens, pillows were clean and fresh.
The restaurant in side the hotel was amazing. They have a small bar but a really good one and food menu also decent and tasty.
There is a Play area(arcade) for kids and Anchor bar (the original buffalo wild wings place) very nearby to this hotel.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and we will consider only this place if we plan to visit Niagara next time.

The room smelled horrible!!! We went back to the front desk to ask for a different room but there was nobody at the desk. There were two people in line but no employees. I waited for 15 minutes and still no employees. It was late and my kids were exhausted so we decided to just stay in the room. We had to blast the AC to minimize the smell. My husband eventually found an employee and explained the smell and the employee gave him a chemical bottle with some type of air freshener. It had minimal effect.
The next morning we went to breakfast around 10:30am and the server said they didn’t have any more coffee!! What?!?!
When we got back to our room, the door wasn’t locked!! My kids got to the door first and without a key, simply pushed the door open!!!! I tried to pull the door shut and it would not lock. It clicked but you could still push it open. An employee walked past and I asked him to assist me. It was the same for him so he went and got a manager. The manager came and immediately pulled the door hard and twisted the knob at the same time, which worked. She explained that when it rains it gets stuck and doesn’t lock so you have to pull hard and twist at the same time! That is scary that she was well aware of the issue but doesn’t share it in advance nor does it get fixed.
Rooms are pretty small and there is no closet, no ironing board and no safe.
Overall, not a great stay!

We arrived at 350pm (official check in at 4) and asked if our two rooms were ready. The front desk person went to check and was gone for an easy ten mins, while we were waiting at the reception area with our kids. They came back and told us one room was ready and one was not, it was now 4pm so we should’ve been able to check in. We asked for free breakfast since the room wasn’t ready and the front desk person said since it’s just barely after 4pm (room wasn’t ready though) they won’t do that. My parents checked into their room and I parked the car with the kids. When we came back they found a different room for us. Even without that, for the price, I think you can find a better hotel. It is clean but the bathroom has a barn door on it that doesn’t block sounds especially the loud toilet flushes and also the door doesn’t block light since it has frosted glass on the door. So if you have kids and want them to sleep this isn’t the room for you. If this place was in the mid $100’s per night then it would be fine, but definitely not worth it for mid $200’s.

Great location for Niagara Falls visit - 5-6 minute walk. Spot Cafe 2 minute walk from hotel is a good & affordable place to eat for a family. Brickyard Pub in Lewiston - a fantastic BBQ dinner option & 15 minute car ride. Can use the gym & pool (both small) at Courtyard Marriott down the road. Had great 2 night stay.

I stayed here with my kids and it's a great place to stay. Very clean room and very friendly hotel staff. Quite walkable to all the things you'll want to do too.
Highly recommend if you're staying on the American side.

It’s an older property that’s been renovated…some aspects of that renovation were better than others. Bed was super comfy. The life music was great, except was cool for the kids that I was traveling with.

The room had no closet, ironing board and iron. The hotel is close to amenities though. Just that some basics in the room were not available. Some staff were nice. Guests leaving the hotel get thank you gifts for staying but my family didn’t get any. The staff are racists.
