This is the best hotel we stayed so far. Our room was nice and cozy.. the bed was comfortable and the washroom was clean.. all in all the property was clean and neat.. The staff in the reception was so helpful and welcoming.. He even helped us carry our luggage to our room. They have soup for the day for the guests to enjoy plus coffee and other cold drinks.. They have plenty of choices for breakfast that we enjoy the most.. The farmer’s egg was scrumptious and delicious. They even have egg muffin better than McDonald. Linda the server who was so friendly and nice checked us often, attentive to all the guests needs and even stop for a bit for a little chat.. We will definitely come back again next year God willing for another stay and bring more family members with us.. Thank you so much Century House Hotel.

This place was great! It's got a lot of character, and the staff were super friendly. We especially were delighted at the free soup and hot towels available. There was a game room that we spent time in as a family playing games and putting together a puzzle. We also found a piano upstairs that my son enjoyed playing. There is an attached restaurant with even more character, I loved it! It felt like you were walking into an old English inn. The food was delicious, and service was excellent. I'd definitely stay here and eat here again!

This was by far the worse cleanliness hotel experience that I have experienced. I was provide a room that had debris in the window sills and dust everywhere. Due to my allergies, it was important that the carpets were maintained with evidence of a routine shampoo and a pile of leaves and dirt not be evidence in the window sills upon opening. I did speak with the front desk and they provide me with an upgraded room that still had evidence of filth. I was appalled the microwave was not clean and the bathroom floors and other room surfaces were not cleaned. Since COVID, my expectations were heightened and I was really shocked that the hotel did not make accommodations more sanitary. The service of cleaning his hotel should definitely be outsourced to a company external from them, with a fresh new set of eyes. The staff seemed to be understanding and equally concerned, but was limited by the delegations of the family ownership of the property. I was really surprised that the owner did not make any effort to reach out to me because it was definitely worthy of being reported to a state department agency with the level of filth during a pandemic, which could result in the place being cited and possibly shut down. They are welcomed to still reach out to hear my feedback on my experience at their boutique hotel. I am currently attempting to reel back from this experience, as my allergies are a bit troubling since my stay and exposure to this level of filth.
