Good stay, needed to be close to family

Well first of all the only filter I used was hot tub and they showed pictures of hot tub and there is no hot tub. So big waste of time and money because the only reason we went there was for a hot tub very disappointing. There was no towels at the pool the ladder was very sharp and cut my sons finger. There is other Guest there that were very loud and destructive also inappropriately dressed not wearing correct bathing attire . One small Child was naked and was told by parent to pee in the pool directly near my kids. There were cameras no staff came in and did nothing did not even see a staff member for most of the time stayed. Also that pool was not correctly changed throughout the night for the next morning no chemicals no cleaning ☹️☹️☹️

I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

My kids and I arrived at 10:30pm after a long drive. The front desk attendant said she was finishing a 15 hour shift. Our room wreaked of cigarette smoke and the TV was on when we opened the door. Maybe housekeeping had taken a break in the room? Called the front desk, she answered after 13 rings, said she had no other rooms available. Then we realized that there was no remote control for the TV in the room. Called front desk again, rang song and rang, no answer. Too tired to go back down to the front deadline so we had to unplug the TV to turn it off. Of course no way to change channels and actually watch something we liked on the TV. Soon had a headache and nausea from cigarette smoke in room. Sadly I had prepaid for the room so no way to leave that night, plus we were all exhausted from our journey and we’re leaving early in the AM. Not to mention holes in the shower curtain and in the bed spring cover. I have pics but no way to post. Room 343.

The hotel had to switch us out of one room to anther couldn't get the tv to work so then we had to pick up . We went to anther room the whole time no one cleaned our room. When I asked to get compensated I was told I had to go Through Expedia.. I will never stay here again nor will I have my family or friends stay here.

Our family stayed 1 need while in the area. Common area of hotel needed to be cleaned better. Halls & stairwells needed vacuuming. Back door area was dirty & needs a fresh coat of paint & to be washed. Beds (double) are SMALL 2 average size adults was almost impossible to sleep together. Breakfast was sparse. Hardly anything available and area where food was wasn’t kept clean. Over all ok for 1 night, but disappointed. We’ve stay at other hotels with this company and they were great. This locations needs some TLC.

Front desk attendant was unpleasant & they did nothing when I let the front desk know about kids running around banging on doors around midnight.

First of all i checked in and checked right out a few hours later. Upon arrival we got a weird vibe of the whole place there were people around looking like there were some funny businesses going on. I was traveling with my kids and this was not a place to be with kids from the weird smell down in the hallways all the way to the second floors the strong odor of weeds and cigarettes i did not feel at ease i checked out around 5ish took my kids out for a little bit i checked right out arround 9ish and went to another hotel which was much nicer and feels way safer/better. I will NOT return back to this property!

We enjoyed our stay.. my children didn’t want to leave .. they had fun in the pool.. & the breakfast was good!.. looking forward to staying the next time we visit the area..
