We came to Buffalo to see an NHL game on a Sunday evening with my 2 kids and chose this hotel because it was 2nd closest to the arena. Our first choice didn’t have a pool so we picked this one; for the sole reason of them getting so swim. That didn’t happen because it was being cleaned when we checked in and this morning at 10 they were dumping jugs of chlorine and chemicals. Very frustrating telling two young boys they can’t swim and also try and keep them occupied. Staff didn’t seem to care.

Staff was polite and helpful. Too many chemicals in pool burned my son's eyes. Will bring goggles next time. He didn't even open his eyes under water. But I understand the use of chemicals to keep it clean. Only negative thing was another young couple came down in the evening to use the pool and were very inappropriate in the pool area in front of my children. Not hotels fault. But we left earlier than we would have so they didn't have to see them doing what they were doing.

Everything was great! Chose this hotel because it was less than 5 min walk to KeyBank Center. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to family and friends.

There was no indication that they were doing construction. We were woken up at 7:30 am on a Sunday morning to the sound of hammering right above us and constant noise. I would not have booked this hotel if I knew construction was going on. When we called the front desk to request a room change they were unwilling to help. Hotel overall was nice but going out of town without kids and dogs that typically wake us up I was looking forward to “sleeping in”. That clearly didn’t happen.

We visited Niagara falls over the weekend, overall a great experience. On arrival, the front desk rep was friendly, fast, and effective We got our key in less than 10 mns. The room was spacious, clean, with bed confi and lots of space for all 4 us (wife + teenage children) We took a quick deep in the indoor pool, plenty of pool towels and q quick ride the to lower level of the elevator. The water and pool area were super clean, no lifeguard on duty as posted so do watch your little ones. We didn't get to eat because of our tight schedule for sightseeing at the falls but the late eve front desk agent was nice enough to supply us with a nice list of food and beverage locations, basically within walking distance. Parking paid, that was unfortunate but we knew prior to arrival so be prepared. Other than that, great Courtyard to stay in. We'll be back

My sister and I took our children up for concert. Rooms We’re not ready for checkin. Unable to get ready for concert in rooms. They went off to the concert while we waited. Said would call when ready. Never called. We’re not ready until close to 8pm. Extremely frustrating. Planned to stay here in October but cancelled those reservations. Second time stayed here and same thing happened. Not worth the frustration. Ate at local pizza place. Sister had grizzle throughout chicken tenders. Didn’t eat. Nachos had pile of grease on bottom making them soggy. The rest was good.
