I was excited for my daughter she is a cancer survivor that almost took her from me . So her prom was everything to me she chose the hotel and area her prom was 5 min away. My family was there her cousins , aunts etc . I received 1 call about the noise I answered the call and apologize after that everyone went to bed . I was up in the morning and all of a sudden my bank contacted me that a charge of 504 was trying to go thru on my card from hotel . My bank restricted my card and locked it but than I called the hotel and was told that because the room next door complained U have to pay for they stay . I mm not responsible for that upon checking I told the front desk we are celebrating my daughter’s prom . But for the hotel to commit fraud and try to charge my card for the room next door that was absolutely disgusting. I will never come to this hotel ever again . Very upsetting. I look on the website and it had no info about being responsible for noise complaints from another . And to try to charge my card illegally was not ok . Disgusted with this not ok

This is our 3rd year staying at the Inn- we meet with family after attending the US Tennis as it is not only a perfect location but a great hotel in general. For the 2nd year in a row we chose to eat dinner at the hotel and we enjoyed not only a delicious meal but service that was outstanding!! Our waiter was attentive and efficient- addressing requested and anticipated needs with speed and congeniality! The only negative comment about the room we had was that the air conditioning fan was ridiculously loud each time it kicked on!! The room however, was lovely and appeared to have been newly redone. Kudos!!

My stay was all right -- nothing horrific and nothing spectacular. But I do want to mention two things that bothered me somewhat: First, my room was not ready when I tried to check in. This was after the check-in time. I had traveled a long distance with a tired, cranky young child, and the last thing I wanted to hear when I finally arrived at the hotel was that I needed to wait additional time for my room to be ready. In fact, I felt like the hotel was cheating me of the time I had paid for. The hotel should have offered something by way of compensation -- even something minor (like a free drink) would have been appreciated. Second, I had requested a room with two double beds. I received such a room, but the double beds were quite small. I am just over six feet -- so not all that much above average -- yet my shins and feet were dangling off the bed. At first, I thought this may be how double beds are constructed. However, when I was at a Marriott hotel later in my trip, their double beds were easily able to accommodate my frame.

Expedia says check in is at 3:00. One room not ready til 4:00. Man at desk not helpful, disinterested, acted like he didn't want to be there. Asked the "valet," a kid maybe 18, which way to go for Middle Neck Road. He had no clue. Turned out the road was maybe 50 feet away. Maid walked in to my room while I was changing.

My family booked 3 rooms for a family occasion. Unfortunately it was only this hotel or another in town that had worse reviews. You’re transported to the 1980s when you walk into the hotel. The front desk guy was incredibly rude to me and my sister who checked in. Extremely unhelpful. We ended up having to write the general manager about the situation. I would like to point out that the Valet attendant Keenan was so nice and wonderful. He lifted our spirits for the stay. Thank goodness for him! - They won’t honor the room you paid for through hotels.com. We booked a room with the patio and they refused to give it. It was a whole ordeal until finally the GM got involved - Don’t believe there is a gym. There is a treadmill and elliptical in a closet with no windows. I am not quite sure how it’s up to code. - They don’t give free passes to another gym as we read. - The coffee isn’t running freely in the morning. I was hoping to grab and go and it was empty and you had to wait. - You have to pay for Valet. - The room is spacious but so outdated and musty. I literally felt like I was transported back in time. - They have you fill out a Covid form from 2019 and make every guest take their temperature. - Location is convenient to walk to town. Overall, it’s pretty much the only game in town and for a convenient location, it’s a better option vs the other hotel in town. If you are willing to drive to a neighboring town I am sure there are better options.
