Great hotel - close to I84 & big, terrific diner. Good breakfast, kind and friendly staff - we were visiting family for a week and enjoyed our stay & booked Quality Inn again for the holidays.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I wanted to thank Lorena in particular. I arrived late in the evening with my family (2 kids already asleep in the back of the car) and realized, upon arrival, that I had accidentally booked our room for the wrong night!
Not only did Lorena manage to get us a room for the night (without additional charges), but she did it in the same amount of time I would expect a normal check in to take.
Thank you for turning a potentially difficult situation into a funny story I could tell my wife!
The hotel itself is fine. Everything was as clean and taken care of as I’d expect. The breakfast isn’t fancy, but it’s free and easy. (My son loved the automatic pancake maker.) Best about it, I’d say, is the reasonable price and the convenient location relative to the Beacon MetroNorth train station. And Lorena. Thanks again!

Stayed at this hotel for a family event, after a long drive last thing we needed to do was switch rooms twice in less than 12 hours due to malfunctioning air conditioning units. The front desk staff was amazing, apologetic and very accommodating. The maintenance staff trying to convince us that we were ok and the units were fine as we were sweating and the rest of are family in other rooms were nice and chilly was not appreciated.

It was an overnight family stay. The room was nice and clean, and we could sleep well. If they provided toothbrush and toothpaste and makes the breakfast a little better (their breakfast is very basic and no protein but a tiny cup of yogurt), I would give an additional star.

Our King Bed was the hardest, most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept on. It would have been softer to sleep on a concrete sidewalk. When we called the front desk about the bed, the clerk said we could come to the front desk and get two comforters to soften the bed. Are you kidding me?
We were given no other recourse as the clerk said all the beds throughout the hotel were the same. Never in my 66 years have I felt a harder bed. At one point my wife said, my we're being 'punk'd and someone will come and say, 'ok, joke's over. You don't have to sleep on that rock.' No sleep was to be had on that bed. Avoid this property without exception. How this is on 'Hotels.com site is beyond me. Would not reocmmend this place to anyone.

Had an enjoyable stay here for the weekend with family (13 people, 4 rooms). Since we we were such a large group, one of the staff members had informed me that the manager had offered us the use of a conference room to use at meal time or gathering. Although we never needed the room, we were all grateful for the very thoughtful gesture. The staff were friendly and the hotel was immaculately clean. A free breakfast was available but food went flying fast. Loved having use of the hot water/tea and coffee machine in the lobby and there were plenty of parking (half of us found parking in the rear easier with less walking). Our room was comfy and spacious.
My only recommendation for improvement would be the water pressure from the shower… but we had no trouble with hot water.

It's a basic hotel room which actually is what we expect when visiting family downstate. We are basically looking for a comfortable bed to sleep in at night. The television could easily be upgraded to a larger sized screen...perhaps 48". This was the first time in a while that breakfast was included, but the quality and number of choices were limited. But we would return during our next visit.

This Quality Inn is an excellent hotel with a very warm, professional staff. The only hiccup during my stay was having to endure a fall in the shower while trying to take a shower on the morning after having checked in. The bathtub was extremely slick, with no skid mat or something comparable in the tub. I sustained a grapefruit sized bruise on my left left/inner thigh, that left me in alot of pain and not being able to take another shower during my trip. I do hope the hotel makes the needed changes to keep this from happening to future guests in the future.
