Upon arriving I was greeted at the front desk by Jon who was absolutely incredible for our entire stay. I travel extensively and deal with many front desks; this young man stands out above the crowd. We will stay again when visiting family which we will be doing about 4 times a year. Hotel staff was great along with the hotel itself. Very clean, comfortable hotel with a nice pool area.

We are in town for a family wake/funeral. The hotel is quite festive welcoming family and friends of the West Point graduates, nice but if positivity to balance out a difficult time.

It was okay for the most part we did have a little bit of problems with the ac unit however they fixed it with no problem. On the other hand when I family came over to visit for the day there was on lady that was extremely rude to my mom.
