There were drunk kids all over and trash thrown all over the hallways from 10 at night till almost 11 am- they were running through the hallways and banging on doors and swearing so loud- while also playing music

There was dirty qtips and old chips on the floor in my room that my baby almost put in his mouth. There was only 1 elevator working so it took forever to get up to the 8th floow to my room. The rooms were not ready at check in time so we had to wait for over 45 minutes to check in.

I am very particular about the room my family and I stay at. The room was a bit run down but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The area is a bit rundown but other than that, the stay was fine.

We didn’t have an cold water in the sink so our kids struggled washing hands. It said there was free breakfast but we didn’t see where breakfast was held.

Very nice hotel, clean facility, friendly staff, and great price. I had my wife and kids for one night, we drove up to get a puppy from a breeder on a farm. The staff were incredibly nice to my very loud little boys.

Excellent stay, nice hotel. The only downside was the pool. The pool was nice and the main reason for picking this hotel, but it was not kid friendly. Was more geared toward adult exercise/use.

Likes: The Hotel is nice and clean. Dislikes: Took our kids for an Easter getaway to swim. The hotel pool is not to kid friendly. That was disappointing. We also had a clogged sink and broken hinge.

I visited Binghamton for a family weekend. It was a great hotel and if I'm ever in the area again I will definitely pick this double tree. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The gym and pool were clean and extensive. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend it.

The morning of check out is always rushed. We needed to eat and be out by 11:00, but I told my 2 kids we could run down for a quick swim/ hot tub. We got down there and were told that we couldn't use the pool for another half hour as there was a senior water class or something. I'm not sure if all 20-25 of those ladies paid to stay at the hotel, but since I paid $160 to stay there so that the kids had a pool AND a hot tub, I was very disappointed to find the pool closed for us at PRIME morning pool times.
