Monti Hotel

Great for an affordable day away from the kids😍

To be honest I’ll definitely stay here again. The room was small yes but New York City is huge and you don’t need to spend time in a hotel. The downsides: there wasn’t any other furniture so if you bring food back you’re either eating on the bed or on the floor (a bummer but really not the end of the world). There’s a plastic lining over the mattress so even if the room is cold, the parts of you that are on the mattress will be a little sweaty. Overall it wasn’t bad. The bathroom looked very nice and the water pressure and temperature was great. Again, it is more on a studio size room so not for families but my fiancé and I had no problem with it. Train station is within walking distance and the price of the hotel, in my opinion, was fine for the location and quality.
