Easy and convenient kids love it

Great staff. Was sad that they didn’t have an infant crib available as advertised.

From the outside, I thought I had made a mistake by making reservations here. I would like to say it go better. It didn’t. I waited fifteen minutes for someone to help me on check in. I wish it would’ve been someone with less attitude. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was lumpy. Also seemed noisy. Then early morning came and really got noisier. The inconsiderate people yelling at their kids in the hall. The vacuum cleaner. All sounded like they were in our room not the hall. I would’ve had more sound dampening by hanging a towel than the door provided. I could clearly hear the people above us. This place is built cheap, paper thin everything and poor workmanship. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed because the rod was hung at and angle. Of course it was shower head side and no amount of catching it at the junction point helped. No one was at the desk in the morning either. It was an accumulation of items that made this stay a poor experience.

It was a good stay for our family trip. Other than the shouting match that was going on at the front desk between employee and guest. During our breakfast the first morning

Always clean, comfortable rooms. Outside a few transients in the area. Breakfast was ok. If you have kids you ca. Walk across the street to Berg park to let.them play at the water park area. Restaurants within walking distance. No pool 😢
