The Inn and Suites served as 'icing on the cake' to our NW corner visit. Sadly we have gotten use to thinking that service industry was an oxymoron. Not here - we felt like family during our three day stay - starting with the amazing night manager "Eugenia" to the property manager Cody to the lovely lady that took care of breakfast.

We stayed a few nights and looked forward for the kids to go swimming. Unfortunately, the pool was not available due to renovations. Wish the site listed that the pool was unavailable and would have stayed at a hotel for kids to swim. I was hot and a nice swim would have cooled the kids down. The walls are thin and we heard other occupants in the morning when trying to sleep in. The area of the hotel was in a nice location and convenient to walk to restaurants and Starbucks in the area.

Stayed here several times and pool is never open, traveling with children and they need the pool, this hotel needs to get their priorities straight

The room was nice and spacious with a fridge and microwave. I appreciate the complimentary breakfast and the close parking. The only downfall to our family trip was that the pool was closed.
