Hotel was located in convenient location, close to restaurants and shopping area. Room was clean and specious, good variety for breakfast, nice and friendly staff. Total recommend for family travel vacation or business.

Large room with 2 beds and a second room with a pull out couch bed. Convenient for those with small kids. It would be nice if the bathroom was bigger

If you book through a 3rd party site you will get an additional $29 fee from this hotel instead of booking directly through them. Our service was excellent, but the room lacked a tv in the front side of the studio, and lacked a desk- as advertised in the pictures. The floors were not 100 vacuumed or swept when we arrived. I kept tracking other people’s hair all over. Gross. Honestly, the rooms were huge but it was all negative space. The opportunity have a kitchenette on the living room side of the suite was missed here. There was a tiny love seat convertible couch that needed replacement badly. The common areas for breakfast and recreation were the best part of this hotel. Great seating, offerings, and family entertainment.

Very clean. Beds are super comfy. It was nice to spend some time in the pool and hot tub after a day out in the snow. The staff is very nice and accommodating to my requests. The housekeepers went above and beyond with organizing my room while I was gone, which I didn’t expect at all. They went to the extent of folding my children’s blankets and arranging their stuffed animals on the bed for them. My kids were delighted. The cost of the stay was very affordable. Will return next time we’re in town

Our family stay at this hotel was great. The staff was friendly, especially the front desk attendant. The family suite was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Check in and check out was very quick and easy. The hotel was extremely clean. Our room was very comfortable. The hotel has a breakfast buffet. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and cornhole. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Overall, the best hotel experience in Ruidoso. We will definitely be back at Elevate every time we stay in Ruidoso.

We had never stayed here before. Very comfortable atmosphere. Room was very nice and the bed was awesome. Slept like a baby. Loved the indoor pool and made sure we took advantage of it. Breakfast was great, and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ruidoso. We had an enjoyable and awesome time...
