Had great trip. I booked a suite. It was so good. My whole family loved it. The service was so good. Breakfast was better than many other hotels. It overall exceeded expectation

This hotel was a great home base for our family of 6 to spread out while visiting NYC for a couple of days. Only 40 minutes drive into Manhattan, it turned out to be a much more affordable, spacious and clean option! Breakfast was delicious and pool was refreshing.

Overall a great stay, the GM sent out a letter prior to our stay to make us aware of all of the hotel policies. $15 for parking I thought was pretty steep but it seems to be the norm up there. The breakfast was bountiful, and my husband and kids liked it. The 12pm vs 11am checkout was a nice plus for us on this trip.

The room was perfect for our family of 5. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pull out bed, and a kitchen. At first glance it was beautiful and clean. Then you see something crawling... so many ants! Ants were primarily in the bathroom and cracks near the closet. We just needed a place to sleep for the night so I didn't complain. The next morning was breakfast and it was very much a free bland breakfast. I used the main restroom near the dining area to find more ants. So they have an issue with ants but it could have been worse. They allow dogs too. We love dogs, just not the ones who barked all night.

Was very disappointed, there were ants everywhere in my hotel room. My kids woke up in the middle of the night to ants crawling in their bed so they slept with their dad and I. Remotes for TV were not working/ needed batteries and the room itself could had use some updates. For the price we’ve paid I expected a lot more. Very disappointing!

**PARKING FEE WARNING!!!** THE PARKING FEE HAS TO BE PAID THROUGH A 3RD PARTY. YOU HAVE TO SCAN A QR CODE and GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. Careful walking on the cracked pavement in the parking lot that you are extra paying for. If you, your family/friends are of a population that doesn't have a smart phone, be prepared for a seemingly ridiculous, lengthy process to PAY to park - in an area saturated with hotels with free parking. BRING YOUR OWN WATER!!!!!! IT'S $7. a bottle in the room!!!! Room was very clean, quiet and spacious.

Great for us and our kids during our extended weekend stay. So clean and quiet. Breakfast wasn’t great but we did enjoy our stay.

The room was clean and great size for our family. The breakfeast was also great. Only complaint was even though it was a smoke free facility, some of the hallways and entry ways to the hotel smelled like Marijuana.
