This is a very comfortable, mid-level hotel that's perfect for a brief stay. The staff were kind and friendly, the room was not luxurious but it was clean, quiet, fresh, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. There's a small store with snacks and drinks. Breakfast in the morning had a wide array of options, coffee was decent. Other guests ranged from conference groups to young families, so it's a friendly atmosphere with no major red flags. If you arrive tired and hungry, you'll leave well-rested, bellies full.

Our stay was one of the worst we have ever experienced. Nothing worked with only one ice machine working. No mini frig or microwave available the exit door near our room the sensor did not work and the tub did not drain properly so a 1 is generous. On top of that I prepaid for the room and since then have been charged an additional similar amount without explanation. We visit family in the area several times a year but we will never stay there again.

Every year I take my kids to the hotel a few times just so that they can enjoy the pools, by far this is the best hotel we had stayed in. Definitely will be back.

I love staying at this Hampton Inn. It’s a convenient location when I come to visit family and friends in Morristown. The staff is always friendly and the breakfast is well stocked and fresh.

I live nearby but I always like to take my children 2 or 3 times a year to hotels just to get out of the routine. This by far has been one of the best hotels i have been within the area. Front desk was amazing, pools indoor and outdoor were clean,and breakfast was amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Booked 3 rooms for my family. Only one room has key cards work. One room has other guest inside. One room key card does not work. We had to wait for over 2 hours after checked in and many trips back and forth to the front desk until received other two rooms. I am not happy with the check in process at this hotel at all.

We lived the shared properties with Hilton however on the second day of our trip our key card didnt work. Turns out they never " checked us in" for t he 2nd day. This was made wirse because apparently they messed up several rooms causing a huge line to form and many many angry people. This included us because i had a baby who needed a clean diaper and no way to get back int9 the room we paid for. Its also a long trip to the pool having to go through the other hotel. My kids little legs really struggled with that.

The hotel room was bright and the facility overall was clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, several options to suit all different diets. The breakfast area was immaculate and stayed that way even when there was a large crowd that included many children.
