Courtyard by Marriott Parsippany

We checked in around 10:30pm on that day. Everything seemed alright except the front desk refused to upgrade the room because I made the reservation through Expedia, no matter if my husband is Marriott gold member, and he was one of the guest for the booking. After we settled in room, my kid ask me why the glass is cracked. It’s lucky my kid noticed the broken glass before using it. Obviously, the broken glass didn’t got replaced properly and stay there waiting for next guest. Since it was too late at night, I decided to let the service know next thing in the morning. I notify front desk for this issue, didn’t receive any apologies. We wait for about 40mins to get a replacement with a second phone call. My son was checking for a business trip and I have had to submit a email and my id as an office manager to get my child into his room . He is 20 years old and he’s old enough to fight for his country but can not checkin to a hotel for his job and they almost made him sleep in his car.

I am very engry because l have whit me one years old kids never buy food not restaurant not orderring only frozen senvics end pay cafe not good state .come back hotel recepcio person why come tomuch suitecase.soory come 5 people 2 day .dont cleaning room l want to cleaning towel signature.l am lot time travering not problem hotel.l not happy this hotel very bed time. Not restaurant not breakfast .not avealible connecting room l am calling before come tell me hotel not problem available.l want to come back extra point per night .

LOVED IT!! The only thing we had an issue with was the AC on our floor apparently had issues because it was 81 in the room our whole stay! Also there was no TV reception at all. But the pool was great and we slept like babies.
