Comfortable bed, decent breakfast, reasonably priced. But hoo boy, we had the loudest air conditioner in our room. Kept my kid awake! (Much more minor but also: the elevators are suuuper slow, and the soda in the vending machine was warm.)

The Hotel was beyond our expectations. Clean,clean,clean room,why? When I stay at a hotel the A/C dries my throat and I have to drink water the whole night.In your hotel I slept like a baby,for that my CONGRATULATIONS. The beds were like a cloud, the breakfast was perfect. Definitely I will return. THANK YOU!

Property was great I traveled with a family of 4 and very close to the EWR airport. The rooms were small but they were clean and quiet. The shuttle drivers were very helpful and so were the cleaning crew. Breakfast was good, overall we had a great stay.

I stayed in a two bed/ 4 guests family room. So, my review is on that. Room was new, clean, and well maintained. Place was quiet. I feel very safe with my kids. Good service. There is a couple of restaurants that you can order and get delivered late night. Front desk people were very nice and helpful. The shuttle driver was very nice too. No cash, only credit card payments. Shuttle runs on time and convenient. Shuttle only goes only to P4 terminal (they are not allowed to go beyond), so you have to go extra hour or so early to go to air line terminals if you have check in luggage. Only self check in at terminals C (other terminals could be same) and you must have a credit card to pay if you have check in bags. Very close to airport and this place (and service) exceeded my expectation. Thanks!

I used the Hotel because it is close to the airport, I was traveling with my family and arrived late at night. The beds are very uncomfortable and the room dated. I wouldn't use this hotel for anything else than a spring board to go someplace else. Breakfast had limited choices.

Very good hotel to stay when in transit for the airport. Convenient shuttle that leaves hotel on the hour and half hour-very punctual! Comfortable beds, clean room, we slept well. The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. Good breakfast. Walking distance to Elizabeth where we had a pleasant walk, we went to a nice park with the kids then had a good dinner at a Colombian restaurant. We would definitely choose this hotel if in transit at Newark

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was good and tasted well. I had to remind myself that this is an express hotel, no bells and whistles. I was disappointed with my check in process. Although I booked my reservation months in advance via Expedia, upon arrival at the hotel, my reservation was not in their system. I had to present my Expedia email confirmation to the front desk for them to recreate my reservation, thankfully still honoring my rate at the time of Expedia booking. Sadly I did not get my room choice due to a fully booked hotel so our family of four ended up with a king bed and a pull out sofa on the 2nd floor. I was not happy. The female front desk attendant was not pleasant,2 but the Operations Manager attended to my reservation and he was kinder and more receptive. When we finally arrived in the room I realized it was a king bed, called reception only to be told that was all they had due to the hotel being fully booked. At least they could have mentioned at the front desk. When I went into the bathroom, realized there are only three bath towels! Really! Called front desk again to request additional towels as it was a family of four staying in the room. Also had to request additional towels on the second day. The room is very basic no frills and fancies and very dated. The only really pluses for us using this hotel was that it was close to the Prudential Center (Enhypen concert 10/19/23) and it’s complimentary breakfast.

It was between 1:30 am and 2:00 am Friday morning. My younger sister had to be hospitalized and we just finished visiting for my aunts funeral, when I booked my hotel, my confirmation said Friday and check out Satyrday. When i checked in the lady at the counter told me their system goes by a different time so my check in will be Thursday although it was 2:00 am Friday and I would have to check out at 11:00. Customers who are staying in these hotels dont have that policy information, we dont know their rules, thats very unfair to do to someone who just buried our aunt abd then my younger sis hospitalized and I was sleepy, stressed/tired and had to pay and turn around get up in a few hours and leave. I couldn't sleep right away I had my family situation on my mind!

Our family stay here one night. The Shuttle is really convenient with very half hour leaving the Hotel. Breakfast is nice. We'll stay again definitely if flying by Newark Airport in the future.
