The Crusader Oceanfront Family Resort

Had a great time. Can't wait to go back if there was only one thing that I could change about this place. It would be for the parking spots to be a little bit bigger. That's about it otherwise a great place to take your family.

My review on this place is terrible terrible. Do not stay there. Unfortunately I had covid and the woman at the front desk told me to come anyway that they were closing in a week anyway. I keep trying to call to talk to John the manager and this woman at the desk keeps hanging up or tells me he is not there. The thing that really bothers me about all this is they don’t even care about the other families that are there. When someone that has covid and says to come we are not following those guidelines. Do not stay. Take your business elsewhere. Awful people

My family and I had a wonderful time at The Crusader. Highly recommend it and we will be back there next year.

Room very small to accommodate a family of 4. Bathroom the size of a small closet. If I had known the size of the room I would have never stayed there. I travel all the time and by far this was the worst for over 300.00 a night. Staff was great when you needed something, very friendly.

I’ve stayed at Wildwood with my family plenty of times, but this was the first time that we decided to stay at The Crusader. What an amazing time we had! From the time we checked in, until we checked out, it was a great experience. The staff was so nice and helpful. The hotel room is a bit outdated but it was clean and comfortable for all 6 of us. They supplied you with as many towels as you needed, as well as shampoo, hand soap, body gel, and lotion. The AC worked great on some very hot days!! The pool was absolutely our favorite!!! And the location is perfect! You’re literally right on the beach and a nice little walk to the boardwalk. We we’re sad to leave, but we will definitely be back really soon!!! There was only one suggestion I can make and that was that each room should have an iron and ironing board.
