My family and I drove down just for one night to enjoy some board walk, beach and rest. What we did not expect was the level of service, impeccable cleanliness and overall overdeliver attitude we got from Pan American. I was unexpectedly blown away at how they truly care for each guest. We liked the structure because it was very well built even if it is 60-years-old, the staff was wonderful, the people at the front office were very humorous and helpful, and the balcony view where the beach was is beautiful. I recommend this hotel for you and your family to stay at.

My family and I enjoyed a mini getaway in the crest, the hotel was amazing quiet, clean, the pool was great. Super convenient to have a restaurant when we didn’t feel like going out. It was great to walk right out the door onto the beach. Will definitely look into staying again next time we come to the crest.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing staff, super friendly. The fire pit in the evenings is a lovely place to spend some quiet time. My teenage kids liked the basketball courts right next door. We cannot wait to visit again.

Nice hotel with a great location. We walked the beach and little pier without issues. The kids loved the pool although it was certainly not heated as advertised. We didn't eat at the restaurant bc it was pricey. The staff were fantastic, parking was easy, room was clean and my daughter appreciated the day bed rather than the normal pull out couch. The only negative was the mattresses were soo hard. We would stay again.

The staff were attentive, friendly, and very personable. It was nice talking to them in the mornings always with a smile and extremely helpful. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys a friendly family atmosphere. The attached restaurant has a great breakfast too.

Place was amazing you would never know the hotel was built in the 60s wonderful getaway very family friendly and really close to the beach definitely will stay here again
