Vern was AMAZING! Very helpful and accommodating! He provided Top-notch customer service the entire duration of our stay! Vacationing with a large family can be hectic however this stay was very smooth.

This is not a regular Hilton Hampton Inn . Very rundown with poor standards. So sad to see state of Hilton associated hotel like this with th whom I started my career 23 years back . I have already sent a LinkedIn msg to Jenn and hope she gets back to me from her busy schedule.
The hotel is inconveniently located with limited access to transportation. Same breakfast every day and with limited seating. Pool was always dirty with scum floating on top and we saw dirt deposit looking like fungus at the bottom of pool. Did not use pool for a single day and kids were disappointed.
Hotel has ridiculous policy of not cleaning of your room for 5 days if you are staying. I requested on third day for fresh sleeping amenities and garbage change but no one attended. Same on the fourth day. This POLICY MUST BE highlighted by Expedia at booking site. I am more upset with Expedia than hotel for providing inaccurate and false information on booking sight. The only positive thing is hard working staff who are keeping the hotel together and running it. Courteous and kind staff especially Varnit n Fred . It is good for single business traveller driving own car but not for families or tourists who seek direct access to Manhattan.

Stayed for two nights with wife and child. Staff were lovely. Hotel room clean and comfy. Nice breakfast and free parking. Close to park and rides for getting to new york. Would happily stay again.

Nothing worked pool extremely cold heater was broken and had been for a while we was told . Had to move our room to another room away from other family members no heat in room and the room wasn’t clean . It was one the three worst hotel experiences I have ever had .

My shower didn’t work, I wasn’t able to take a shower in my room. Luckily I had family on the same floor so I was able to shower in their room. I was told by the front desk at check out that the manager would contact me to give me a discount however that never happened. I was also locked out of my room because the key stopped working. Terrible. Never stay here again!

It was perfectly for my wife, me and my baby. Room has everything you need, bed is comfortable, shower has liquid shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. You are 30-40 min to most places in Manhattan by car with regular traffic. Parking is not that difficult if you slow down as you get closer to the hotel. If you are in higher speed you will miss it for sure, even though it has two entrances. Breakfast free parking lot quiet near Manhattan great price. I would definitely go back. Well done!

Tried messaging the hotel 3 times after reserving. After a month I had to call with my answer. When I checked in I was a room that was occupied. Imagine walking on a family inside the room. Room was just ok. Don’t look at the mattress under the sheets.

The Heater was not working, I advice the front desk but did nothing about it. At breakfast the first day no juice the second day no coffee. I ask for another blanket, never get it. I used to stay many times at this hotel and it is different'
is closed to my family and to the city of NY, excellent position for us.

It was a short stay, yet very welcoming and comfortable. The kids and I had a great time and I would definitely recommend Hampton Inn as part of the Hilton Honors Family.

The staff and general manager were friendly and helpful. We had someone calling our room and crank calling. When we reported it, to front desk, they took action. The manager said she reported it to police, because she is required to report unusual activity when it happens in the hotel. We figured it might have been kids that had been staying there that weekend. Our visit was great and really was impressed with the manager and staff at the hotel.
