Courtyard by Marriott Edgewater NYC Area

The relaxation is unmatched. It’s pretty low-key but high quality. Great hotel for family or for a good couple get away! Will be staying again!

This hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the bus routes into the city. Bus stop was literally across the street & 1 block up. The reception desk was very welcoming & the morning breakfast was great with lots of hot options as well as egg white omelettes for those looking for healthier fare. Rooms were clean, spacious with large showers. Parking is next to the hotel but there is a nightly fee. They pool was supposed to be heated and it was freezing. No hot tub which would've been great after a long day of walking in the city. Fitness center was well equipped & clean. We had 3 rooms for a large family stay. Everyone slept well & enjoyed the amenities. Especially liked that you could order from the bistro downstairs & they brought it to your room. Not exactly room service but close. Did not eat at Haven restaurant this trip but the food is good & the views of the city skyline are amazing. A little pricey but worth it.

What a great location for an overnight to the city! Very easy to walk to dinner and enjoy the pool with our kids! Would stay here again!

Lobby was pleasant and clean, had the pool to ourselves which was great for our kid. Beds comfy, bathroom could have used some care as mirror had permanent stains on it and shower curtain rod bent so curtain only stayed in middle and didn’t extend for privacy

Stay at Marriott was good the staff was very friendly. Room were clean. If you get the breakfast is was good for a continental breakfast. Pool was too small especially if you have children with you because if the other guest also have children in the pool it a crowded. Hotel has a nice bar area but they should have some music there also. Close to other food place and it in a good location to walk around great view to see over the Hudson River lovely at night time you can sit on a pier and restaurant eat outside and see the view. The SoJo Spa is a 5 min drive great place to visit.

We always stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Edgewater when we visit our kids in Edgewater. Facilities are nice, staff is friendly & helpful.

My arrival at the reception was not good because one of the Athenian women was very ignorant and not friendly, then my children got a very strong allergy from the pool. knowing that it was the water from the hotel pool, but I will not return to this hotel and if they ask me how my experience was in this hotel, I am not welcome

This did the job, the rooms are kind of cramped but we were 2 adults and 2 kids. Everything was clean, kids used pool which is indoors, water was cold. The breakfast thing is definitely confusing. You have to park on level 3 and then come back down to get in front door of building. It’s literally right next to police station, the police station is your view
