Pictures need updated on this site. When u check in I feel like they don’t tell you & bug you about doing this time share thing n wrong take n no for an answer. Housekeeping never did or room n there was no Conditioner in the master bathroom. Tell didnt tell us not the wrist bands we n had to wear so when we came n dk had a security guard yellin at us to scan them like we want told this n when did this start n he response rude saying two months ago. Elevator s can be slow if people keep pushing their floor. Balcony door didn’t have a lock which to me is unsafe if u have kids. Ac works amazing in the room beds r comfortable.

Well, this resort has managed to create a rocky start to my son's birthday weekend. Upon check-in, my soon to be 10 year old son was lied to about no lower floor rooms being available. When we arrived to room 3003, the light already being on upon entry made it easy to see debris on the floor, took kit, and lose wires (is this safe - should I contact the health department?). I immediately contacted the front desk and spoke to Ethan. For some reason, the call went to an unintelligent human being who repeatedly asked if anything was touched in the room so we could further be charged. This person was informed that this unnecessary repeated question instantly irritated me, and they needed to move on with rectifying the issue. Finally, this person was told that the new key card could be brought to my young child and me at the new room on floor 20 (I guess it magically appeared within our 10 minutes of parking, gathering of stuff out of the car, waiting on elevator, getting on the elevator with ALL of our stuff, and walking into the room on the 30th floor). After waiting long enough for an Expedia representative to tell me that management was waiting to speak with me at the front desk, I reported to the first floor. I finally got the new key cards for the new room with less and amenities and dirty sheets! Great first impressions of hotel franchise that I will actively avoid. Best of all, no apology was issued from the staff on site at all.

This property exceeded my expectations. The entire property is well-maintained and the staff are friendly and accommodating. It is part of a time-share resort group so they do offer you as part of your check-in a "free gift" or free parking if you sit through a 90-minute presentation, but after declining, they don't ask you again during your stay. We were in a 2/2 and I was really surprised by how nice the unit was. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in.
This place has a great pool, free laundry (with detergent), cable, free wi-fi, and a well-stocked-with-cookware kitchen. The pool also has a hot tub and a ping-pong table and fun events with an event calendar (similar to a cruise) with movies, kid-friendly stuff, karaoke, etc.
It does use a European-style elevator system where you are supposed to push how many people are in your party so it counts for space on the elevator--I think a lot of folks don't do this so there were occasions where our elevator was full. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an elevator and that was only during peak times--around mid-afternoon during a lot of check-in folks' arrivals. Otherwise, we rarely waited for the elevator and had no issues.
Self-park parking with in/out privileges was convenient and was $25/night .The ceiling is 6Ft going up the ramps, so you can't have any roof cargo carriers on the roof once you enter the garage.
You are a 7 minute walk to the beach! We will be returning!

The hotel was blocks away from the boardwalk and casinos, we only had to drive once the whole week. Not the fanciest hotel in the area, but it is well suited for families and people who don't like the casino atmosphere. We also enjoyed the ocean view from our balcony on the 21st floor. Overall we had a wonderful time

Lots of amenities. Pool, sauna, activities for kids, movies, hottub were great! Nice view of the ocean from room. 5min walk to the boardwalk. Got myself a free Premiere card at the Resorts casino next door and paid $10/nt for parking with in & out privileges instead of $25/nt at Wyndham.
Kitchen had everything we needed..coffee for one morning was left for us, but the lobby has complimentary Keurigs and tea. No oil or other supplies so bring your own. Just salt and pepper and papertowels and dishwashing supplies.
Every room had a tv. Laundry was complimentary and offered free detergents.
Our kitchen had sticky floors from.day 1 so I wish it had been a bit cleaner. We also got pressured to join a timeshare meeting upon checkin but werent able to make it due to our busy schedule.
The surrounding area gets sketchy fast with lots of homeless. Id stay here again. Our kids loved it at the Wyndham Tower. Great for families.

To start off not sure how this property could get any reviews more than two stars because it was terrible. From the check-in to check out, everything was pretty awful. Wasn’t aware that this was a timeshare, booked for my family, but was not with them. Had to have Expedia Deal with the front desk to check in at one in the morning bc my name not my husbands was on the reservation- have never encountered that before. . Only one elevator bank was operating the entire weekend. On the 14th floor having to walk up and down at times because the excessive wait for an elevator was just beyond the pale. The room is extremely outdated, nothing like the pictures. Would not stay there ever ever again .

Staff were allowing family members to stay on usually high priced rooms for cheap accommodations. One of the aforementioned, members of the still yet to be determined, upstanding staff member (gentle euphemism) accused my room as well as another, of firing weapons. They were a bunch of young black males and females who seemed to be wearing typical AC gang attire! Long story short they had me and my blue collar productive friends locked up in their hell house called Atlantic County lockup! 8 effin days!! And to top it all off, all of my belongings were stolen by the time I was released from the bogus charges and return to retrieve my property. They told my car which is a Porsche and cost me several thousand dollars, which is also now having damaged from being told on a chain instead of a flat bed.
Worst hotel, worst staff worst customer service everyone in there is clearly either in a relationship or in the family cohesion stay away from this place. Hopefully if you do go, you’ll be lucky as I was just to make it out with your freedom alone as you have no say so, typical nonsense from Left wing cancel culture alphabet mafia. All while they stand outside on guard with fully loaded magazines to protect all of the sex houses, let’s go Brandon Trump towers all day, baby

My kids loved this hotel so much. We felt so comfortable in the two bedroom and two baths condo with a balcony. I am trying to book another stay for July. The space was clean, sturdy fiurnishing, comfy beds. Can’t say anything negative even if they were any. My kids were happy and that’s more than enough for me. Nothing mayor.
Loved the place. Thank you
