Hotel pool was not quite interesting. Only indoor family friendly. Not a hotel for family. Things a lil overpriced and paying for parking while being a guest a the hotel is crazy.

It’s a casino, so not the most family friendly place but was updated and clean with lots of food options and shopping, very nice gym and staff was helpful with security by guest elevators to make sure only guests can access rooms. There was lack of signage to find entrance to hotel from parking garage and was hard to find the buffet - it’s kind of a maze. Lots of smell of cigarette smoke as restaurants surround casino floor and the indoor pool is the only one kids are allowed in (outdoor is 21+). Indoor one was very crowded with dirty bandaids on the floor and lots of water made walking around slippery so we left.

Clean, spacious rooms. Pool area at MGM Tower was lovely and quiet as it was limited to ages 21 and older. If, however, you are coming with young children, the pools at the Borgata are also lovely, just not as quiet.

Beautiful place and great service. Only downside, outdoor pool cannot be entered with anyone below 21 years of age. So if you are bringing kids, must use indoor pool which does not seem to be cleaned as often.

There was nothing to do with the teenagers. The indoor pool was overcrowded, people often left their towels on the chairs and never came back so there was nowhere to sit. All the food was way overpriced. We had to leave the resort to find anything to do as a family. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The hotel was really clean though and the rooms were as well.

We were running late for check in but after 15 minutes on hold we have up trying to call ahead. By the time we did make it they had marked us as a no-show and we had to wait over an hour in the lobby at 4am with two small children till they could check us in. This also basically voided our room reservation and they ended up charging us full price for the room for the next night. To add insult to injury, the hotel pool was closed the day we were there for an event.
On the plus side the room was nice, and they offer ”free” EV charging if you use their valet parking. The breakfast buffet was good and the people extremely friendly.

The resort is investing in the casino area for sure, but not in the guestrooms. Rooms are outdated, furniture is beaten up, only one pool for kids, and water is cold. Found sunglasses under the bed and lot of dust. Wall by the toilet was stained with whatever that was (probably vomit or who knows what). Bathroom in general was not clean, same as the room.
Restaurants in the food hall are not always open, chairs and tables are beaten up and dirty that makes eating there gross.
Will not return to this hotel, I am glad my stay is over.

Valet was helpful. Check in went smoothly. Loved the security feature for key cards and elevator access. The dark moody aesthetic heading toward the room was beautiful. Staff helped us with all questions and requests. Our kids were amazing by the art around the hotel and casino.

Nice place to spend time with family. It is closed to the beach . Good service but food is really expensive.
