Homewood Suites by Hilton Manchester/Airport

It was a place to sleep for 1 night. It looked like they were working to update/remodel a bit but our room (432) had a broken bathroom door and 2 bath tubs that didn't drain. Our family of 9 has seen worse but were quite disappointed for a Hilton at $300/night. Also, the free breakfast ran out by 8am and we were told Hilton is no longer offering hot breakfast, they are transitioning to "breakfast taco bar". My kids would prefer eggs or a waffle over shredded meat. Will probably just book a mariott next time.

This was the worst "stay" I have ever had! After driving for 8 hours with my family, we were informed that Hilton had, earlier that day, cancelled our reservation. They said they would move us to a "sister" hotel for a comparable room...they did not offer us a comparable room and instead wanted to charge more money for a worse room. They had comparable rooms available but the GM did not want to absorb the additional cost and instead wanted us to pay for it. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere...but what a disgrace, after the hotel messed up our family trips reservation, they had the nerve to ask for more money while providing a smaller room. Sad disgrace!

The suite was spacious and was exactly what we needed for 3 adults plus 3 children. Will definitely stay again.

The suite had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. The full size dishwasher, cook stove with oven, microwave, and fridge were all great and easy to use. A few more pans for oven cooking would be handy, but were not necessary for us. There was pleanty of room for our 6 person family in this suite.

We took 5 of our grandchildren for a night because of the indoor pool and the excitement of making there own waffles for the free breakfast. The hotel was under renovations, which is understandable. We arrived about an hour after check-in time and our room was still not ready, I get it staffing issues. So 2 hours after check in time we were able to get into our room. We reserved a 2 bedroom and that was great for the 7 of us. The bedroom tvs worked fine but the one in the living room area did not have a signal. After some homemade pizza in our suite (which had no chairs at the table) we took them for a swim, they had a blast. Bedtime then morning came and the anticipation of those fresh made waffles for breakfast, only to be let down. Breakfast was moved into a meeting room, which was fine, but we walked in to wrapped English muffin, bagels, few muffins, 2 apples, yogurt, juice, and coffee…and not even a toaster. Went to the front table to be told we have to take it back to our room to toast…ugh major disappointment 😞. We have stayed here in the past and it was great, but would have liked to have known about the changes before we booked.

The hotel was in disarray from renovations. I had a family member with me and was embarrassed I booked this hotel. The tv volume would not go up and one drawer in the dresser would not shut.

I booked a night for my kids and I the night before a flight. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I thought I booked a double Queen room, to my surprise it was more than that. The room had a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The hotel was only five minutes away from the airport.

Overall it was a good stay for one night, had enough space, it was clean and quiet. We were 7 in the room (3 kids).

Pool was closed for cleaning which was a total bummer, the whole point of going was to take the kids to the pool. Claimed there was free wifi but we couldn’t seem to figure it out, even after asking the front desk. Otherwise the place was great, room was clean, bed was comfortable, was perfect with the separate bedroom so the kids could sleep separate from us.

We booked a suite to travel with children. The sofa bed hadn't been cleaned in months. There was sawdust and wire nuts in the bed. The hotel's solution was to send housekeeping at 10 pm when my wife and I discovered this after putting our children to sleep in the other room. There were no blankets, sheets or pillows for the second bed. We booked and paid for five people and were given two towels. The door to the bedroom had to be forced opened and closed.
